The morning-after sequence is interesting. We see Otoha

Note the way Hasegawa slyly arranges another visit, so Takumi

Yeah, she probably does think of her infidelity as an adventurous escape to the regular housewife life, but I do get the impression after reading that last page that she’s a little somber talking to Dai – maybe she feels that her infidelity is getting out of control, or maybe she has some guilt. I kinda wish this situation would have been transparent for both of them but that’s the way it was written. At first I thought this was going to be similar to “House-Sitting with Kanae-san” by Nishizawa Mizuki but then I was like, “Oh, she's doing it while thinking he doesn’t know…”
