I don't think one can generally treat any tag like that. Cheating stories cover a wide range of empathetic (or lack thereof) tones for the cheater which can end up resonating better with many readers, so painting a broad brush of expectation to the theme or it's characters can't be done adequately. A generalization can't be adequately applied to any theme for that matter, even netorare's imo. She can be understandably labeled something negatively as a thot for her ingenuousness (Whip your cock out and prove to me you're more of a man than him! LOL), where as I'd have a hard time labeling Karin from Karin-chan Tries Her Best! as such, esp at the time of that story. In terms of similar situational stories, I'd esp have a real hard time viewing Saeko from Nishizawa Mizuki's After the Party the same way.

IRL, that's a potential setup for something ugly if and when the "poop (sooner or later) hits the fan."

And I don't care how drunk a person is, you don't go and tell the other person who isn't your significant other to whip out their genitalia unless you were overly curious about it beforehand. Needless to say, Kouta needs to drop her like a bad habit; she's another cheating character that is allergic to being truthful, probably about anything.

Put simply, Asuka's been hit (figuratively) with a case of "Hey Mikey, I Think She Likes It!". And even if Atsushi has genuine regrets the next day (after the alcohol has worn off), Asuka doesn't seem to be about to let it go, or let him go either ... at least not for a rather long time.
