I am guessing that you lacked the ability to ban at that time tho right? So simply deleting the spams would only result in the leechers spaming moar so they can get their pron fix. Temp bans should have been happening immediately. We went into the whole post count needed thing a little too fast and way unprepared. Jacob probably should have done a whole we will be implementing a post count main page announcement. Going about why we are doing it as to protect uploader links. Continuing by saying that is you spam you will be temp banned from fakku. If you continue to spam you will be perma banned from Fakku. Also the IB now counts as posts. That doesn't however mean you can post mindless posts. If you do they will be deleted by the five new mods I have added to the staff. If you continue to spam sentences and be idiots you will be temp banned followed by more faggatory which will result in a perma ban.


All that is doable. It just takes a little preparation and some hard work. There is no guarantees that it will help with protecting links. I know that crimson had some of his free stuff in his thread and all that was deleted. However the stuff he held for users with over a 100 post count was just fine. That tells me reporters don't take that time to make the necessary posts. But, if it doesn't help we can always go back to the old format. Everything free, no post limit.


That's just how I view it and how it might work. There are risks involved but if you inform the users ahead of time that spamming and faggatory will not be accepted. And add more mods, it should work. There are no guarantees in life tho.

It's a forum game. Pick what anime character you want to "marry" and post a pic of her. You will then be added on the front page of the thread as being married to her. That's it really.
