I'm a fan of the introverted bibliophile character archetype. I have seen several people with the "my waifu" sigs and now I want one but, I have no skill whatsoever.
My request is: Could somebody make a signature in a similar style with
Nagato Yuki (Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) & Tabith (Zero No tsukaima). and have it say "F-PoD's Waifu" or something similar.
I would appreciate it and thank you in advance.

For goodness sake, they blew up a freaking mosque, which killed 20 people, most children. As I said before. These types of people will stock weapons and ammo inside hospitals, schools, mosques, etc. Hamas does care about civilians especially the lives of children since they clearly put them in danger. Their "public" station play children shows that promote suicide bombing.

Not to mention the mentally challenged

Attacking schools
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/israeli-forces-foil-suicide-bomb-attack-on-school-575594.html
So let me ask you this. What is worse?
Teaching children that suicide bombing is "fun", using the mentally handicapped as bombs, using young men and women to blow themselves up on buses, in market places and in schools which are civilian targets NOT military.
Or
Bombing a few places which you suspect hold rockets that have been fired on your countrymen for years?
Feel free to try and give the "pro" side of the suicide bombings of civilians and teaching children that becoming a martyr is "fun".

The one problem with comparing the seven deadly sins to christian beliefs which it is tied to is that the seven deadly sins were established by Dante an Italian author not the bible. The modern concept of the Seven Deadly Sins is linked to the works of the 4th century monk Evagrius Ponticus, who listed eight "evil thoughts" as follows:
Gluttony; fornication; avarice; sorrow; anger; discouragement; vainglory; pride.
Pope Gregory I changed the "evil thoughts" into sins and and shortened the list from eight to seven. It was commonly accepted since it's the freakin pope.

Before I venture into discussion, I want to establish one thing. Sin, in the Christian sense, basically damns one to hell. To commit sin is to get oneself to hell, and forgo divine salvation in favor of the influences of the flesh and death.Has anyone read Dante's Divine Comedy?
I LOVE Dante's Inferno though I never had the chance to read the rest such as purgatory or Paradiso
Not only do you get my rep for my essay you also gained a lot of respect from me.
P.S. You need to post more!

now when you read the title im sure your wondering what im getting at here. but lets look at the deadly sins:envy
gluttony
lust
wrath
pride
sloth
and greed
what is so bad about lust? its something we all feel naturally as humans. its only bad because we try to conceal it with society and politics. we try to claim it as improper, and it leads to sex. but sex is healthy for you, so why would we say its unnatural? envy in some cases is a good thing. in judaism the belief on envy is that if you are a scholar, or a philosopher, and envious of another philosopher, then it shows you desire to learn. wrath can save people in some cases, it gives some people a desire to live, and isnt that what "god" wants for all of us? sloth is something your gonna do when you get to heaven, i mean havent we all built up this idea that in heaven you will "rest"? so sloth is resting, but of course sloth is also over-resting to the point of laziness.
basically i want your guys' intake on the seven deadly sins. the only one i think that is "sin-like" is pride. pride is the only one that can cloud judgment, and is probably (more so than likely) the reason why hitler did what he did with the whole holocaust thing.
You got this idea from the History Channel's series didn't you?
Sloth was originally apathy or laziness, putting off what God asks you to do, or not doing it or anything at all. Nowadays, we think of sloth as just laziness. I can't really see what is positive about being lazy but, I'll keep an open mind.
Wrath or Avarice I can't find a positive to. Sure, passion is a good thing to have but, I don't believe it goes along with Wrath. I see Wrath as the ultimate form of anger. The desire for revenge, murder or assault are things I link with Wrath but, not passion.
Greed is good (in moderation). Greed means wanting something. It'll drive you to do things. Greed for money will lead people to start companies, etc.
Envy is the same as greed but, with non-material things. Though envy can lead to greed.
Lust, is also good (also in moderation) it promotes the growth of a species. While the puritans and other Christian groups try to stamp Adultery out. Our brains are just hardwired for lust.
Pride (the original sin) is also good. To be happy about your accomplishments. Though in extremes it leads to arrogance, vanity or even narcissism.
Gluttony. I can't think of anything good about gluttony. Sure, having a lot of food in areas that food is scarce may have people perceive you as being powerful, rich, etc. Gluttony still is a disgusting sin in my opinion since it shows a lack of self respect or self restraint.
If I had to admit my sins I would admit Wrath and Pride.

The fact is Israel is now much more of a killer than Palestine, their air strike randomly attacked "assumed" base of the militants, killing more innocent bystanders. You do realize a tactics of the PLO, Hamas and other similar organizations it to use civilian places such as hospitals, schools even religious buildings to store ammunition, weapons. We saw the same tactics in Afghanistan and Iraq.
So what are the Israeli supposed to do? Just take the repeated rocket attacks and suicide bombings while smiling as civilians are killed by truckloads on their buses and in their markets?
As Barack Obama said "If people were launching rockets into my house while my two little girls sleep at night. I will do everything in my power to stop it."

Anybody else think Shawn Hannity needs an un-operable tumor at the base of his spine? Anybody watch the O'Reilly factor just to get pissed off at the motherfucker? Tis' good for the blood circulation. While I generally dislike O'Reilly I do agree with him on the topic of "Jessica's Law" and the thought that child molesters need severe punishment. Raping a girl from the age of 4 to 8 deserves more than a 90 day stint in jail.
Same goes for Hannity. I generally dislike the guy but, I do agree with him on various subjects. Since I side with some conservative standards.
Overall, I think they are both idiots who are full of themselves. They may mean well but, they go about it in the wrong manner.

Bill O'ReillyHe's an asshole; almost everything he says is made up or exaggerated; and he thinks that every person who doesn't "love America" (based on his beliefs) is a terrorist who should be strapped to a bomb and dropped on a foreign country.
It has nothing to do with him being conservative. He's just an asshole who doesn't deserve his own show, let alone his own books and fans. If I ever argued with him, within ten minutes, I'm sure he would call me a Communist or terrorist and tell me to get the hell off his stage. And I'm not even a fucking radical!
Same here my friend. Same here

I don't side with any of them. -_- As long as I don't see nukes flying, I'm ok.
same.
Slight problem. Hamas is backed both, financially, militarily (weapons, ammo) by Iran and it's even rumored to send officers to train their militias. Iran is allegedly seeking to create a nuke if it doesn't already have one.
Scenario
Conflict escalates
Iran steps in to fight Israel
Allies of Israel have to step in to support Israel against Iran.
We have two nuclear armed countries in a war (one alleged to be nuclear) . One will use it as a absolute last resort. Another will throw theirs as readily as a smokers throws away their cigarette butt.

It's not balance though. Having to useless news stations is just a double-barreled shotgun blast of ignorance that a saddening amount of people don't even recognise. It's funny to people that are at least mildly aware but it's harmful to people that aren't and depressing for people that are. I mean, it's not as flagrantly offensive and damaging as outright propaganda but getting news that's more objective than objectionable shouldn't be difficult in the age of the internet and 24-hour news cycles.Which brings up a problem. Media basically tells people what and how to think. The same things goes for our educational system. When people have the power to control how others think. They can't help but, abuse the power and opportunity to further what they think is right. Journalist and other forms of media have a "moral" responsibility to bring us impartial news but, nobody does that since everybody has an agenda especially in politics.
Sometimes I fear we are slipping into an Orwellian society. It's like Big Brother is rewriting the history while it tells us what it wants us to hear.

ok so I've been on a few forums and all American users seem to be making fun of fox news soo i was wandering what is was all about even moses said somethingIf you are talking about the Fox news with Fox & friends, O'reilly factor, etc. It's because it's a conservative news station. They tend to support the things that Liberal minded people detest (the war in Iraq, Bush, etc).
So people think by supporting the current wars that America is involved in the label you (and your supporters) fascists or any other term they can come up with.
In short: The people who support a biased station (CNN) detest that there is support for a station that is also biased (just in the other direction).
Though the Fox 5 segment about Anonymous being "hackers on steroids" kind of adds fuel to the 4chan frenzy.
The moral of the story: "Everyone is biased and everybody is a hypocrite"

I root for the Israeli's, they're a tough, scrappy bunch. I'm not exactly sure what the root causes for the conflict are, is it just a case of they both want the land and both have a legitimate claim to it? Whatever the case, Israel seems to have their shit together. They are doing well in spite of all the aggression arrayed against them.
"After World War I, the League of Nations approved the British Mandate of Palestine. Which divided up the Ottoman empire. In 1947, the United Nations approved the partition of Palestine into two states, one Jewish and one Arab. On May 14, 1948 the state of Israel declared independence and this was followed by a war with the surrounding Arab states, which refused to accept the plan."
In short. The Palestinians see Israel as invaders while the Israeli see themselves as trying to live in peace in the territory of their people according the bible (if I remember correctly). The extremist Muslim groups want to total destruction of Israel and don't even acknowledge the countries sovereign rights or it's existence.
Every now and then you hear a news story about Israel. Either a suicide bombing or a rocket attack sent from the Gaza strip. Earlier today the Ambassador from Israel claimed that since 2001 there have been over 4,000 individual rocket attacks on Israel.
Since the founding in May 14, 1948 Arab countries have called for the destruction of the country. 1967, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan gathered troops close to Israeli borders, blocked access to the red sea. Causing Israel to start the six day war. Israel's success is repelling the eminent invasion cause groups like the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) to start fighting Israel
On October 6, 1973, Egyptian and Syrian armies launched a surprise attack against Israel. The war ended on October 26, 1973.
The rest everybody basically get the idea. Suicide attacks, bombings, Missile and mortar attacks.
My questions are: Who do you side with in the Palestinian/Israeli conflicts? Is Israel in the right to launch an attack into Palestinian territory for the repeated attacks on civilians? Are the Palestinian people in the right for trying to expel the Israeli people from what they see as a state created within their territory by force? Why do you side with them?
Edit: what are the ways the conflict could be ended?
