Given that we already have the following subsections under Uploads, namely that of Anime, Music and Soundtracks, Torrents and Others, I don't think it will be difficult to create a Non-Hentai Manga subsection.
However, creating such a subsection isn't my main concern. I foresee that a Non-Hentai Manga subsection will be extremely popular; managing it may not be easy. Various members may upload different chapters of a manga title and for the extremely long series, it will be difficult to keep track of them.
Most importantly, we may be attracting unwanted attention to Fakku. Remember the incident where a number of manga sites had to comply with the requests of publishers to remove certain titles? The same could happen to Fakku.

Like the members who posted before myself, I believe genetics do play a part in determining whether an individual is suitable, if not talented, at certain activities.
Using the simple example of height, tall people may hold an advantage when playing certain sports, such as basketball or maybe as a goalkeeper in football. Likewise, individuals with extremely good eyesight can become pilots or participate in shooting sports.
However, we must also remember that eugenics should not be used as an excuse when one is unable to match up to others without putting in hard work and effort.
