Harontiar, since avatar is holding a weapon. Luinthoron's avatar, on the other hand, is unarmed... and nekkid?
- Another long-time and prominent member of Fakku, although I tend to see said user more often in the Chat Topic and Forum Games section.
- Username has the word "green" in it, but it has absolutely no correlation to the avatar and signature used currently... unless we GreenZero means "no green".

It has been a while since I played any computer games seriously, but I do have fond memories of Civilization II, III and perhaps IV.
Nonetheless, I would like to pose the following question and pet peeve, related to the previous games: When playing on a large map and in the later stages of the game, does it still take like "forever" for the AI to complete all their actions, especially if they have numerous cities?

All ages??? Isn't this Fakku??
By the term "all-ages", I am referring to the line drawn between normal anime titles and that of hentai titles. There are sections catered to both categories respectively. :)
According to what I have read, Desert Punk wasn't very well-received when it first aired in Japan. I guess doujinshi artists would also want to recoup their publishing costs, so they may go with what the majority wants - popular anime and manga titles.
- Would like to be granted some Geass power.
- Has a long username.
- Has been on Fakku for a while and is quite a prominent member.

I've run into this issue many times with WD hard drives. The light is on, but the computer does not acknowledge that the hard drive is connected. I've tried switching the USB cables, and that didn't work. Sometimes it was the positioning of hard drive that allowed it to be read. Other times, I think there's something wrong with hard drive as I either I hear clicking noises or the disk isn't spinning at all, which could suggest a failure with the circuitry/hardware.I previously read that there are certain models of WD external hard disks which have connection problems. If it is possible, remove the hard disk from your current casing and attach it to another. There is a possibility that it might work.
Quite a few people are raving about Solid State Drives. Perhaps when its price falls and capacity increases, I should purchase one.
The most expensive figurine I ever bought was the Nanoha 1/4 Swimsuit figurine, manufactured by Good Smile Company, if I did not remember wrongly. It set me back by around $250+, local currency.
The figurine by itself wasn't that expensive back then, but due to the local figurine store being unable to bring it in, I had to resort to amazon.co.jp. I paid quite a bit for the shipping via proxy.

Getting back on topic, I have always liked Love Hina. It was the anime series that introduced me to my waifu, Shinobu Maehara. :D
To a certain extent, it was also one of the first few titles that introduced me to the world of ecchi, fanservice anime.

Getting back on topic, it is never easy when moving out, especially to a foreign country. However, since I have always been home all my life, which is common in the society I live in, I may not have any good advice for you. I reckon making friends with people whom you can trust is important; they should be able to help you out in times of emergency, when your family is too far away.

This is mankind's dream, mankind's desire, mankind's destiny! To be the strongest, to go the furthest, to climb the highest!

Wait... no one mentioned "Love Hina" yet? Shinobu is so disappointed. Perhaps the title has yet to reach the "classic" status?

I guess it boils down to society and the mentality of individuals.
Perhaps it is due to the fact that arts do not receive as much media coverage as compared to other industries. Whenever one watches the news, industries such as banks, manufacturing, etc, get mentioned all the time. Sports also has its own segment on the major news channels. However, I don't see the arts being discussed much.
As a result, arts might be regarded by many to be more of a hobby, rather than a job.
