Surprisingly, I read through the previous 8 pages. For those who are willing to meet up and spend time with me, I am willing to do the same too. :)

In the ideal world, companies should be hiring workers or employees with phyiscal disabilities, mainly because they want to help these people secure jobs and obtain opportunities in life like anyone else, not for the sake of profit through tax exemptions, etc.
Getting back on topic, communication is definitely the key to creating good working relationships. In Looking4Moar's case, perhaps a set of hand signals can be developed. Better still, send employees to a basic sign language course, although most corporations are reluctant to part with their money...

Why did they go back to Zero, after the third game? Perhaps Japanese companies, including eroge-related ones, are superstitious. I am quite sure Chinese and Japanese don't really like the number 4, or rather its pronounciation.

My edit: Despite the external hard drive being corrupt and not being able to open, I have found a very handy program called GetDataBack that is able to go into the hard drive and enables you to copy from the hard drive itself onto/into wherever you want.
GetDataBack is definitely a good program to retrieve information on drives that are corrupt, apart from those physically damaged. Personally tried it and decided to support its developer.

I did not play Disgaea 3, so I am not sure how things have improved since the second games.

The so-called "Modern Prison System" differs from country to country. Some may be more effective as a deterrent to crime, while others may suffer from corruption, allowing prisoners to do whatever they like as long as they can afford to pay off the officials.
If I am not wrong, there are some countries where criminals can be jailed and also undergo capital punishment, such as lashing, caning, etc, depending on the severity of their crimes. Perhaps we should ask whether capital punishment is more effective as a deterrent to crime.
