It's the best. I had pear sake, warmed, this month with some friends at a restaurant, and it was wonderful.
Sake's one of the only drinks I go for!

I keep not being on Skype. Dammit.

In Japan they still think women shouldn't be publically sexual for the most part. And if they're a celeb there, they have to be pure and married to their fans, somehow.

Their mentality creeps me out to be honest. It's like how in some extremest cases, women's virginities (at least in a physical sense via hymen, which is often broken in physical activity or masturbation) are checked by male members of their community. Creepy.

I'm biased towards squid. Mmmmmmmm squid.

The only fast food I like these days is Dunkin Donuts... sadly I've given in and begun getting them on the way to my internship in the morning.
It saves me time since I wake late ;;

Other than that, I'd take great five-star food over fast stuff any day. ALWAYS.

Well I'd suggest checking out a review site like the video/blog one above... or just browse some of the major 'toy stores' online.
Fiure out what your price range is (aim low at first...those amazing ones are pricy! ;;), what sort of stimulation you want to get, allergies if you have any, and each toy's feedback/reviews from users if possible.
Start with basics I guess. I just have a mini bullet myself.

Sorry to hear about the ex.

My dad loved to watch Bebop with me when I was younger. He'd always insist on staying up with me if I wanted to watch late night tv, so it was good either way.

I try to introduce him to some newer stuff too. We tried EVA together but he just didn't get into it (we watched to about 15 or so).
And somehow, even though he's a surgeon, Baccanno! was too gory for him! Lol...
I may try to introduce him to Tiger and Bunny this summer, he could enjoy that.

He's in his 60s now. :) He is also a big Ghibli fan, having gone to see the films because of my interest in them whenever one premieres stateside. We went to see Summer Wars at the IFC center in NYC after I saw it via fansub, and just had to see it on the big screen!

I think what initially got him interested was back when I enjoyed Pokemon so much as a kid. He tried to beef up on his Pokemon knowledge to keep up with me, hehe... sometimes he'd impress his younger patients with his knowledge of the game/show!
So yes, in many ways, while my father has no where near the same level of interest in anime that I do, he certainly tries to understand my love of it through his own eyes.

Oh man I love the dress! I had a pretty strapless denim one like that back in high school, but doesn't fit me now... dammit.

Because you're old enough to die for your country at 18, but not to enjoy it. ;p

It's rather silly, but overall safe in regard to the huge issue of kids drinking and driving young.
