The content is blocked until further notice. Judging by the fact that it isn't just Fakku that's affected, it's possible that it's worldwide. It seems to be only works associated in some way with Wanimagazine. This'll likely keep up until Wanimagazine gives up trying to catch the tide/count grains of sand/some other metaphor for an impossible task.
As for when they'll get unblocked or some kind of solution to the problem, all we can do is sit tight and wait for news.
