Considering how the URL of the alt presents the second letter A in the name as a non-standard character (https://www.fakku.net/users/wabqbr-5199237), it's probably not a standard letter a; rather one that looks identical to the normal letter a. Probably how they worked around it.

Edit: Googled that character. It's not from the Latin Alphabet, instead it's from the Cyrillic Script.

This is a thing, last I knew. The search bar on the top of most of the site allows you to exclude tags with a minus.

Annoyingly the searches may sometimes return a "No results" error whether it was a single or multi-tag search through either method. Click the tag search result pages I linked and refresh the pages about 10 times, and you'll see what I mean.

Anime only recently took to the mainstream here in Europe and in the West, I'd like to say in the past 10-15 years. And even now not everyone is on board with it as a medium. It is far more popular than it used to be though, and dubs are less likely to "westernise" the culture of the show or game.
