Wasn't long until I saw a sea of comments saying cats don't require baths, one even claiming that bathing it is handicapping it and they "hope one day bathing a cat without reason will be considered cruelty to animals".

I was told I get some respite from working weekends. Today I found out next weekend is the only one I have off; every other week I'm still doing Saturdays.

Not doing all weekend for a month or two at a time is a start I suppose.

5th December
I've been shitting more regularly to the point I don't know where it's all coming from since I'm not eating as much as I usually do as of late. I've also been farting a lot.

8th December
I got out of work a bit late because Chameleon, the program the tills use, didn't start up correctly and there's no way to start it manually on them (they use XP but there's nothing on the desktop or the Start menu which we don't normally have access to) so I had to restart them to be able to declare the money they took for the day on the back office computer. They take about 10 minutes to boot Chameleon up.

Not that it mattered that I got out a bit late; late night buses go every half an hour so I still had enough time to get frozen pizza from ASDA but it was still annoying.

12th December
Been seeing a lot of people get engaged after being together only a few months lately. It's wise to wait until the honeymoon period's over before you dive right in like that.

4th December
You can buy EV braces at the Battle Royal Dome on Pokémon Sun and Moon. In those games they give 8 EVs per fight excluding any EVs you earn from your opponent in the stat they're dedicated to. Way better than the Macho Brace. But getting them is a bit of a grind. Since my strongest pokemon aren't level 50 and underlevelled Pokes don't get scaled up, only down, I get wiped on Normal rank so I don't even bother and intentionally lose with Explosion mons.

16 losses per brace.
I wish setup and the fights went a little quicker.

Went to an annual party event the charity shop holds and saw my friend's sister who I haven't seen in a month. It was a good evening.

Had a spot come up on my pubic bone the last few days. Burst it this morning by pressing on it. Immediate relief in the form of a stream of pus and blood

5th January

On Pokémon Sun I chain-SOS'd Cubones because I heard they summon Kangaskhan (Damnit Game Freak) and when I finally got one after 30+ Cubones it had 4 perfect IVs and one nearly perfect.



6th January
Got a level 100 Smeargle through Wonder Trade. It was obviously somebody's Shiny Hunter/SOS Chainer since it has moves typical of one with maxed PP, maxed IVs, the Technician ability, and Adamant nature. I have the feeling the guy didn't mean to WT it since I've almost traded off some of mine before now.

Their loss is my gain.

We got new receipt printers. They weren't just plug-and-play so required a technician to get them configured to our tills. But they print an entire sheet almost instantly, our last ones printed line-by-line and took forever.

It's sad when this makes my day.
