At the moment I am planning to keep the "last post" issue the way it is. It is not a bug and is working as intended. I made the decision to change it and for now I am standing by it.

And yes, fixing the manga search is significantly more important.

So what did you do while FAKKU was down? I ran around in a panic, praying to the heavens that it would come back online soon and everything would be ok. Unfortunately that didn't happen and we were down for almost two weeks.

We have officially recovered from the longest downtime in the history of FAKKU. I apologize for being gone so long. One thing failed after another partnered with myself and unpantsu flying around the country and being nowhere near a computer. Hopefully in our absence some of you ventured outside into the sun (just kidding there are bears out there stay inside).

But I need your help. We were gone for almost two weeks, and I'm sure the Internet has forgotten about us. So if you run a blog, POST A LINK TO FAKKU. If you use other forums, POST A LINK TO FAKKU. If you use the tweeterer and the tumblerblogerer and the facebooks, POST A LINK TO FAKKU. Tell everyone you know (including your grandparents) that FAKKU is back online and kicking more ass than ever before.

In return I will be announcing something very awesome in the next couple of days. And I assure you, you will not be disappointed. So get out there and promote our site.

As you have no doubt noticed FAKKU has been down the past 4 - 5 days. Our main hard drive exploded while both unpantsu (our superstar server admin) and myself were on vacation. Things will be very broken around here over the next few days while we fix everything, but fortunately nothing was permanently lost.

We have ordered some new hard drives and an additional server to improve things, so once we are stable again things should be even better than before. If you would like to help, buy a FAKKU shirt.

MangaNEXT was a good time last weekend, thanks for everyone who came to our panels. Hope you had fun!

And next weekend, November 12th - 14th, I will be at Anime USA in Arlington, Virginia. We will have a booth setup in the Dealers Room (somewhere) and I will be... WORKING AS A HOST IN THE HOST CLUB. Yes. If you go to the host club and request Jacob, you will get me. And I will serve you tea.

Sadpanda is completely unrelated to us. In fact, I recommend not using it because I frequently have problems with it while traveling around.
