Yes, it is, but by just looking at the trailers, I think that it's safe to assume that it's just better. Not saying that Graces is bad, but Xillia is going to be more graphically beautiful. And they say it will be in full Real time.

and you need to make sure your current OFW doesn't exceed the CFW requirements. So, no OFW higher than 6.20 or 6.39
