They advertised at AX16 they I'd advertise, but at AX15 which the people on twitter were referring to they just announced the project, didn't even have any real visuals available.

Yes that sounds good however I guess the key aspect of this is that not that many people are doing its regularly.
If it ever gets to the point where other work is being hindered so people can process refunds then they may look for alternatives.
Another thing may be that FAKKU has only been 100% legit for less then 1.5 years, it's still early in their history and they probably wanna focus on the amount of quality content they can get out and focus on the minutia features later on.

Going forward with new purchases i can see this as a simple fix.
However with already made purchases they would have to be generated every time 2-D Market uploads a Doujinshi on FAKKU!, and then be distributed...if there is an easier way I can't think of one right now.
In the long run if one day all of 2-D Market's library makes its way to FAKKU! I think it would be beneficial to somehow link your 2-D Market account with FAKKU! that way if you buy a Doujinshi on either site their servers can communicate with each other to make it available on both sites.
Although i am not a tech guy so what i just described make be more trouble then it is worth.
