Just IMHO, Maki's not so much exhibiting "femdom", but being more of an "assertive girl", who's very willing to take on the role of the older sex-friend (first step, perhaps towards becoming girlfriend, etc.).
Also debatable whether she and Atomu are actual siblings, or if he calls her "onee-chan" out of standard formality (see "my mom" dialogue on page 16).

Seems that, despite her initial premise that "it's only for the sake of adding realism to her work", Nishigami seems to be (a-hem) interested in Hakuruku. And as things (a-hem, again) progress, the line between what she says she wants and what she might really want blurs further and further.
And on page 18, Hakuruku receives a bag containing ropes ... wait, what? ... this is an H-manga setting, so There Can Be Only One thing for which those ropes are to be used.

Sumre - the designated assertive girl/slut who's not about using her 'assets' where she sees fit (check). Kaya - seems to go with the flow of whatever gets her attention (double check). Asuza - she's there strictly for the music; likely hasn't met the right guy to (ahem) awaken other interests ... yet (super check). Yuuki - perhaps has genuine interest in music, but page 8 suggests his first interest on females might be Asuza.
Guess we'll see how this develops next time ... won't we?

Depending on whether he calls her "Onee-chan" out of respect, or because they actually go way back, this work might require the "Childhood Friend" tag (or its japanese equivalent).
