Nah, that one's from December of 2010, rofl. Its age definitely shows though; old UI and Zhonya's Ring, which isn't even in the game anymore lol

I almost feel bad about this. Couple of my buddies who are in the military wanted to play a match with me. Since they're always busy and can't play that often, they're both low level, like 6 and 8. I don't know if it's possible to carry any harder than this. I don't care if they were all low level new players, I'm still proud of it.Haha, don't feel bad, everyone's got some smurf screenshots lying around. Here's one of mine. It's reaaaaaally old though.

I suppose the answer as to why he's not as used is really simple when I consider the fact that Taric requires taking risks to win the lane or break even when compared to Soraka who just's heal/mana bots, or Sona who just heal bots. Oh well, good thing I prefer jungle/top roles anyways.Yeah, it's because support is judged largely on how stable they can make the laning phase for their AD carry. Taric is kind of hit and miss, and his heals are infrequent, not as powerful, and cost a lot of his mana. And his passive is completely mismatched--you regain mana for auto attack damage, but you should not be auto attacking creeps as a support in an ideal lane. As much as I love Taric, he needs a bit more love from Riot before you'll start to see him more often.
Oh look, League thread. This is relevant to my interests. I've been playing League since about the time Udyr came out, lol. It's been a while. I used to play a lot of AP mid, but lately I find myself to be more of a solo top specialist.
Taric's my personal favorite support, but the reason you don't see a whole lot of him is because when compared to other supports, he's simply not as suited for the role. He's melee based, so unlike Sona, Soraka, and Janna, Taric can't spend his idle time throwing out auto attacks to harass the enemy support or carry.
Additionally, when it comes to heals, Taric is still a bit behind the competition. Imbue heals allies for 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.6 AP) for 80/95/110/125/140 mana, on a 20/19/18/17/16 second cooldown. Soraka, meanwhile, heals allies for 70/140/210/280/350 (+0.45 AP) and grants them 25/50/75/100/125 armor for five seconds, for 80/110/140/170/200 mana on a 20 second cooldown. (20 at all ranks) Although Taric's heal is cheaper, Soraka's heal is more powerful, and it adds additional armor for the next few seconds, which helps mitigate further harass from the enemy carry. Additionally, Taric only has 4.1 mp/5 at level 1, whereas Soraka has 6.8 mp/5; although that doesn't sound like much, it allows her to outlast Taric's heals in most cases, even now that she can't restore her own mana. As for Sona... lol. 40/60/80/100/120 heal for 60/65/70/75/80 mana on a 7 second flat cooldown, which also passively gives nearby allies 3/6/9/12/15 armor and MR for free. Sona heals for smaller amounts in larger frequencies, and for less mana than the other two, giving her arguably the best mana efficiency as a support now that Soraka can no longer self restore.
I could go on about this if you're interested, but I don't think you wanted a wall of text for an answer.

I had originally found G-senjou no Maou on the VNDB a couple days ago. I just finished it this morning, and all I'll say is manly tears were shed. This game is truly an inspired work. I'm willing to say that it's the best visual novel I've ever played, and I've played quite a handful. The story is masterfully crafted and to me, how they chose to approach the romantic options and the subsequent story branching was unique and very well handled. I will not forget this game anytime soon.Yeah, I'm agree.

Every time this game is mentioned, that comic is instantly brought to mind.

I haven't played Katawa Shoujo, but if you liked Yume Miru Kusuri, I recommend G-senjou no Maou. In fact, I cannot recommend it highly enough. That game is an absolute masterpiece.
This new engine is already showing some limitations--such as the inability to render traffic cones. :P
EDIT: Nevermind, I got that backwards. It interprets traffic cones where they should be!

Bought Blood Moon Akali <3 Waited for so long...
I bought Blood Moon Shen on release. Little did I know that in that patch, Shen would be nerfed to uselessness. He still can't take as well as he used to...

1) I never liked Avatar, mainly because people think it's anime. Also, I don't like it because it is on Nickelodeon, (That's never good) and it's WAY too childish.1) Its not as childish as pokemon and all the pokemon ripoffs. Pokemon is anime btw.
2) So you'd like it if it wasn't on Nick?
Avatar may not be anime, but it set the bar for how cartoons in the west should be made.
I don't remember how the fuck long ago that post was, but I've actually watched and enjoyed Avatar since then. Did this thread get necrobumped.
