I'm really happy to see so many of you excited for this book. I've been a Kito fan since I saw the Smiling to Huffing chapter in the magazine when I started working here and went "THIS IS MINE. I AM WORKING ON THIS CHAPTER." And it's pretty much been that way since. The sheer absurdity of his work makes me laugh like none of the other artists.

I wonder if these redraws are for both language releases or for FAKKU?

Still, the extra effort is much appreciated.

The redraws were done for the initial book release, so not just the English book. It's really apparent with his oldest chapters, Love & Juice Beat in particular. I'm guessing it was one of his first magazine releases, so from what he learned there he applied to everything else, or just wasn't happy with how he drew particular things in it. There are a few changes to the other chapters, but they mainly consist of a face change here, or moving a sfx away from the edge so the printer doesn't cut it off, or even adding sfx when there weren't any previously.

Here's an example of added sfx.

I recently got done with the Smiling to Huffing 3D chapter (aka the most amazing maid chapter ever created) and oh man, the sfx kicked my ass. lol. You may have seen these little memes via FAKKU staff where we post the handwritten for a chapter in an image, so here's mine for that chapter.

I'm currently working on the Urashima chapter now, and it's up there with one of my all time favorites. Though I dunno which Kito chapter I'd pick for my favorite, it's either Urashima with all the amazing underwater monster girls and Otohime-sama, Smiling to Huffing 3D, or Outdoor Break with that amazing ending. But working on Urashima's chapter just had me giggling like a nerd, remembering when the latest FFXIV Stormblood expansion came out and they had their own Urashima dungeon . All I could think about was the Kito chapter.

Still hoping for the day we see a sequel.

Did you say "Sequel"?

Well we haven't gotten one yet but there's a section at the end where Hinasaki Yo goes over the making and reaction of each chapter, and which ones he'd like to eventually make a sequel to:

I love little exposes like this. As always, these are rought drafts of the final book and may be subject to change come publication.

But here's one that was. One of my all time favorite chapters is in this book. Still hoping for the day we see a sequel.

I have nothing to do with FAKKU doujinshi prints and releases, but as a doujin collector myself I am 100% against doujinshi reprints. Doujinshi are a one time printed deal, and that in itself makes them a collectible. If reprints of a doujinshi happen the value goes down.

I don't think we have enough ninja chapters yet to warrant a tag. I could be wrong but outside of the fu-ta I think we only have 4 others, max. One of them being by SAVAN if you haven't read it yet. Historical tag I agree with, we do have a lot of chapters with a historical setting. Tags though have to go through a big process and I'm not sure were ready to add any new ones yet.

You can find most of what you're looking for through the yukata tag. They'd be mixed with modern japanese festivals and hot springs, but those still stand out.

You question can be answered at this thread.

I'm so used to seeing manga dicks that at this point the only thing I can think of tagging as big dicks would be most shota chapters (cause those get way bigger than I think they should be) and F4U who is known for monster dicks. Outside of that it would actually be kind of hard for us to define a big dick because you might get one frame where the dick looks big, but it's a perspective thing, but then from then it looks small. Boobs are pretty consistent but dicks are all over the place. Plus with boobs we usual categorize the tags based on if they look A cup, C cup, D++ and stuff in between. As far as I know there isn't a system for dicks.

I feel dead already. But it's a good dead.

I really hope that we have some true yuri with that last one.

We are aware we're falling behind on them and they are on our list of things to do, but the people who make the wallpapers are the same who edit the chapters. Hopefully we'll get some out to you soon but it probably won't be till after the holiday/new year check crunch for us.

Technically, Cure Assort is the only actual yuri on this site.
Farewell Party and Tandem Seat have one girl getting it from both make and female while the other girl doesn't get a dick, but I feel anytime a dick is involved it disqualifies it from being labeled yuri.

It's probably a symptom of the term yuri being so long misused as anything with two girls having sex regardless of context when it actually covers a wide range of female-female relationships.

Gotta disagree, farewell party was all about a girl in love with another girl, but her feelings weren't returned. Looking past the technicalities of a guy getting involved it was a yuri love story.

That first example would actually be incorrectly tagged for "spread". For FAKKU releases, the spread tag is currently meant for art page spreads, or "posters" - non-chapter one-shots. While there are artists that do full spreads across both pages in various chapters, we don't have a specific tag for it.

I read their stuff pretty often (I'm a nerd girl and I like my nerd news) and have thought about writing up a responding article for submission since it was obvious they had no idea how to navigate hentai, and it's also quite out dated. The site itself has issues with the hypocritical stances they take since it's based on whatever definition of feminism their writers decide to follow. (and there are a LOT of different interpretations) I've held off though because as stated above and with most blog sites it's click bait oriented. I doubt they've even be interesting in posting whatever I wrote up. But seeing as vanilla is the most published thing on here it's obvious they didn't really try in their research.

Hentai has something for everything, even feminists looking for sex positive stuff. In response to the article I've started a sex positive collection, though I honestly haven't been keeping up with it too much.

Dunno if anyone else can see my collections but here it is: Sex Positive

It's just basically a feel good, consensual, happy sex collection.

Kito is my absolute fave, but he's throughly represented here so to continue the hentai laughs (hentai is best when I'm laughing) Siho's Welcome Sex.

Welcome Sex by siho.

Hey guys. The doujinshi didn't originally have a cover but F (TSF no F) got one to us so you can expect the pdf and on site reader to be updated with this little beauty by Kurimochi Chizuru later today.

So excited for this. Loved La Blue Girl as a teenager and never read Overfiend so this is all really great.

Can we get an official statement then?

A statement on what?
Romana FAKKU Letterer
It personally never bothered me because as an artist myself, I love to see the evolution of an a person's art style. It does sort of annoy me when the chapters are out of order from publication (like putting the oldest with the older art style in the middle of a book when it should be in the start) but really, artist don't keep consistent styles.

You notice a little evolution from one one volume to the next. It's something really apparent with regular comics or manga. Like, you can look at a long running series, like Naruto for example, check out volume one, and then check out the final volume of the manga. They'd look like they're drawn by completely different people, but in that time period you come to understand how much better they become, and notice what makes the art better. Ero-manga artist unfortunately (or fortunately) don't draw a chapter a week. Some go months in between a chapter, some only do two chapters a year, or less. This will mean you'll probably see a serious fluctuation from one chapter to the next when they're all collected in a single book.
