There are a lot of rappers that came from really rough beginnings. Its not just rappers from places like Oakland, Detroit, Baltimore, Newark, Buffalo, D.C., Philly, Atlanta, and all the other cities with really high crime rates and poverty levels. A lot of smaller cities and towns that might not show on the radar are complete pieces of shit. A lot of rappers who go over the top when they make it do so because they never had that type of shit and they've worked hard to get where they are, regardless of whether they are about the music or not. They're just enjoying the shit they have while they can. Even so, there are a lot of materialistic rappers who, despite the fame, are still incredibly passionate about music. A lot of times, they are releasing really humble tracks, but they don't get played on TV or the radio because its easier to sell their image if they release less emotional tracks.

They have the manga at Manga Fox. As for the omakes, I can't find them anymore. Gametrailers.com had a couple last time I checked.

I get what you mean and I do tend to like more hip-hop than rap. There is some of that mainstream, "look at me I'm rich" rap or the shit about fucking, partying, cars, and shit like that I actually do like. I'm pretty open-minded about music and I'll be willing to give anything a shot, but I'm not the type of person who regularly searches for new music to listen to. I only download or buy something if I hear something that I really like or if I'm checking out some other material from artists I like. That's one of the reasons why I don't generalize when it comes to music. I stopped watching music television, whether its MTV or the other channels, a long time ago. Most of my music collection spans from the 60s to around 2001.

That's why I said its an unfair generalization, although not in those words. While screamo could be included in the music that contributes to the "screaming" generalization, it mostly due to the excessive use of death growls and other types of "extreme vocalization." I'm not totally opposed to it, when used in moderation I don't mind, but I prefer actual singing so when its all death growls, screaming, and shit like that I find it extremely irritating.

Getting back to rap, I'll partially agree with you about the stuff from the past 10 years, but you really can't lump it all together like that. I mean there's some great music that's been released in that timespan.

I fucking loved that show. I remember it first started airing around the time I was in the hospital for a staph infection in my leg. That whole month was beyond hell, but Witch Hunter Robin was one of those shows that helped me get through it.

What CRAP would that be? That's basically the same thing anyone who hates on rap says. The question I have to ask you is, have you ever actually tried to give rap a chance? Its ridiculous to make such a generalization about such a diverse genre of music. Its kind of like saying all metal is bullshit because there's nothing artistic about someone screaming to music.

I rarely have hangovers, the trick is to stay awake until you are semi-sober. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but sometimes you can kind of tell when you're sober enough to sleep without having a hangover in the morning. In my case, I'm really surprised that, in my life, I've had less than 20 hangovers. When I drink, I drink to get totally annihilated.

Sorry, I have to interject again. Chuu you need to stop. You're pointing fingers immaturely, saying that ultenth started this, when its an argument spawned from one of you're comments. The blame can be placed on either of you, dependent on perspective, but that doesn't have any bearing on who puts an end to it. Things like calling him "kiddo" or "lil boy" and saying shit like what you said in the following quote are antagonistic and will naturally provoke a response from most people.

Make up your mind, first you repeatedly insist that you're speaking the truth in regards to what you say and then you switch positions by saying that you're just saying this type of shit because this is IB. Actually its pretty simple, a little time consuming, but simple. There aren't any comparisons, per se. That's what kind of messed the last MoteMote contest up, there was too much emphasis on comparing the characters as opposed to individual evaluation.

Another idea is to just have it as an ongoing thing. There will be an open forum where people can submit characters. A master list of characters who have been added, along with their overall ratings will be provided. The overall ratings can either be included along with the master list, or in a separate post. However, in order to have more accurate standings, the characters won't be eligible for a spot in the rankings until they get a set amount of ratings.

The thing is, these "logical" posts you're making are anything but. A 15-year old shoots Ryuji in the eye with a rubber band and your response is either kill him or emotionally traumatize him by blackmailing him into becoming his slave. I don't know how you define logic, but that's not a logical response to the situation, its just completely fucked up.

You say you never start problems, but if even you can recognize that your posts are the insinuating factor in most cases, its kind of obvious that you are the one starting shit if you persistently post in this manner. I have to agree to an extent with ultenth, that it seems as if you're just posting the most fucked up shit you can think of for shock value.

You're not in the position to be saying anyone is acting immature. By going on what you have to say, this goes as far back as you've been on here, you're mind is obviously functions on a childish level. I'm not a psychologist, but I could easily come up with a theory regarding the way your mind works. Similarly, if this is in fact some kind of facade to draw people's attention, I could come up with a number of theories regarding that behavior just as easily.
