This will be the 7th time I've run the waifu game, each more successful than the last. To those of you who don't know what the game is you can check out this post, it's a fairly simple game where you get to claim your favorite 2d girls so everyone on Fakku will know who she belongs to. There are a few rules which are very important and there is a minimum post requirement of 200 posts(non IB/ct&fg) to play. If you do meet the requirement you should join us on the night of December 24th around 7 to 9 PM EST when the first round will commence. The thread where you can claim will be here, and you can use the chat thread to discuss it before the game begins. One final announcement: all reclaims are invalid, meaning all girls are free to be claimed during the first round, NO ONE IS SAFE.

The 7th biannual waifu game and I decided to have a bit of fun with everyone when I had you all reclaim previous waifu only to deny their reclaim a few days before the game started. Many of you were upset by the move but even more of you enjoy the chance to pick some of the most prime waifu in the game. I enjoy this more and more every time I run it, watching you all climb over each other, grasping at waifu like they're crack, and the best part is every one of you knowingly do it. Please enjoy my gift to you one more time Fakku. I'm going to copy most of the rules from my last game because most of them have not changed. Oh yeah before I start I want to remind everyone to rep kenjugs for making the list and I just want to add that I am awesome.

Let's start with a basic description of the game(this is a recap, those of you who know what the game is about know this is don't need to read):



That's the basics of what the game is. Here are some very basic rules:

1.The new minimum amount of posts require to participate in this game will be 200 for all users. I don't want to see people spam their way to 200 or I will not permit you to play.

2.Characters must be from released material, you cant pick girls before their show airs/before the first chapter of a manga/before the game release/etc. I will not have another black rock shooter incident.

3.Users who have participated in at least 4 previous games and can provide proof of said participation will be able to select a 6th waifu during the 5th round. To clarify you will be able to pick 2 girls during the 6th round if you have participated in 4 of the 5 previous games.

4.As of two games ago a new rule was added and I just want to remind everyone that you must post the full name of the character you wish to select and the show they are from, if you only place partial names you run the risk of have your girl stolen. Typos do not count against a player. Girls with only one name are fine if only claimed under said name. Known alias do count as a name but you should add the full name just in case(ex: Saber).

5.This rule is important.You may NOT edit your post until 6 hours after each round; I will annul any posts which have been edited due to possible cheating. If you suspect someone of making ninja edit pm me and link the post and what you believe you saw in the post before the edit. I will have the admins look it up and I will ban that person for a round from this game. Edit's to claim are strictly forbidden.

6.You cannot pick an entire class, race or species.

7.Alter egos or "dark" versions do not apply as another character, nor do younger/older versions of a character. Unless the character can be recognized as seperate from it's original clones are out(NO RED SABER).

8.Girls must exist in published recognizable material and cannot be original creations(by you or anyone else).

9.You may divorce a waifu but after the divorce is announced you must wait 4 days from the time posted to claim another girl for that slot. The girl must also wait 48 (2 days) hours to be reclaimed, thus giving everyone an equal chance to get her.

10.Everyone has a divorce limit of 3.

11.You can rage all you want but it only makes it funny for the rest of us, If I notice people losing rep I will do my best to rectify the situation because that's a bullshit move.

12.I will NOT accept acronyms for source material, so saying TTGL instead of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann won't cut it.

13.I wanted to add in the event of similar picks being made at the same time, the post with the lower number will win.

To search the waifu list to see if your girl is taken open the list and hit ctrl+f, it will open a search bar in your bottom left corner. Simply search for the girls name to see if shes taken. The list will be in another thread in the chat section and the author will be Kenjugs.

What is required to claim: name of the girl, what show she is from
What I would like to see: why you love her and a picture of her in all her glory.
You can't have backup picks in the first round in the same post.

You mentioned earlier that making this public was the only solution to laziness correct? Was I wrong to assume you're trying to force his hand? It seems like a fairly clear cut case. You don't want us to use words like can't? Step into reality please. Some of your ideas are good, perhaps all of them but the reality of the situation is that Jacob will not hire you, nor will he let people take a "peek at some code". Running a website like this requires trust, which is something he does not have in many people.

I don't understand what you believe you're entitled to? Whichever project Jake works on is his prerogative. You could simply offer to buy Fakku, perhaps then you could do everything you want to the site.

He is more likely to accept someone but the last time he trusted someone with access it ended poorly so I don't think it likely.

You're not being realistic, even if you make a big deal out of this, you wont get what you want by trying to force his hand, trust me. He wont hire you, he wont quit, and as much as we might need help he probably wont hire anyone else full time.

It's up to him whether he fixes the things you listed though, you wont force him into anything. You and I both know that's not an option. If you had emailed it I might have believed you meant it as a "Jacob I want to help you and the site" this was clearly meant as a slap to his face. We've talked before, you're a decent guy, but your actions this time aren't as well intentioned as you make them out to be, kinda disappointed in you.

Look at it this way: If I owned Arturia I would be upset if someone claimed Nero. While the person who owns saber may not agree I base most of the rules in this game on my feelings. I do take the general populations opinion into consideration but it's never chief among my concerns, I can't please everyone so I only strive to please myself.

New accounts don't get to stay in the game unless they meet the post requirement, then if a user pm's me on his original account saying he's changing names and would like to transfer the waifu then by all means. A reminder however: making a second account without the express permission of the staff is a ban-able offense.
