I had my doubts that I'd get it since I applied a day late, and sure enough the girl responded saying she regrets to tell me they filled the position, however that they were keeping me on file in case things don't work out (and she had her doubts) because one of the responsibilities while making appointments is to also recruit girls.
She said while that position is filled, I can work commission based as a recruiter, and so I am.
SO... I'm getting girls showing me pictures of themselves applying for this job.

I think your theory(not really yours) is hard to disprove but not very likely, the more likely answer(the most logical) is everyone can see the colors similarly(with the exception of color blindness).
