Just a bit of advice: I also believe allowing judges to participate would be problematic. If a judge wants to participate then they should not be allowed to judge, it would be ridiculous to have all pieces judged by the same people and one piece judged by a different set of standards due to having a replacement. Stick to the same people who don't care about being in the contest.

The first round claims will be unrestricted, so you can claim anyone you've had previously.

I saw a suggestion for shortening the time on the lurker rule and dropping the overall posts by 50 but was not given a reason why; is it greed that motivates those of you who dont want more players? I can understand greed but that wont be reason enough to keep the post minimum the same. Give me reasons not to reduce it, or find yourself having to compete with more people this game.

This year I will allow two reclaims per person. This thread will remain open until some time late on the 17, as close to midnight as I can manage. The post amount to participate for non lurker members will be 200 and the for lurkers it will be 200(I added both numbers just to avoid questions, it means there is no difference between lurkers or vets this game). It was agreed upon that one game announcement update can be made last year and I'm going to be making a waifu game post in a few days so I don't see why this should be an issue for Jacob. The only issue that may arise is that Jacob has updates coming very shortly that he may not want pushed off for a contest or game(mine included). If it helps any I can lend my support for one announcement, though the effect of such support may be minimal. I would also suggest that if you do want a mini second update(the announce winners perhaps) you should try and convince one of the scan teams to add it into one of their updates, Jacob wont be against the idea if material is uploaded along with your desired message, just dont abuse it as I could see new rules being made if it happens too often.

The way I wrote; my structure and form were exactly as intended; I don't need English lessons from you Red, in fact you are probably one of the last people who should be giving me advice considering some of the posts you've made in the past.

Excusing the man? Who am I to hold him accountable? I don't pay for the service Fakku offers. I am thankful when things are done but I don't complain when they take time, I don't complain when he doesn't communicate. He runs the site which he offers for free, I simply don't believe I am entitled to more than I already receive from the man, I wish others would share that belief. Jake got a full time job recently and still managed to pop out a few updates and a major fix to the search function, I would say a bravo is in order rather than calling the man incompetent.



Upantsu is a professional coder who manages many other websites where he is paid a full time salary. He works on Fakku when he has free time, or when he wants to test new ideas. Needless to say he does not have much time to help.



There is nothing cryptic about what I said, the explanation as to why it's not as simple as "1 2 3 poof" is that Jacob takes a lot of time to fix things. Others have been able to understand my point so either they were able to piece together my puzzle like statement or you have reading comprehension problems, I suspect the latter. You have been here long enough to know how long Jacob takes to do things, it would only take a month of reading Fakku to figure that out.

IF zak is on Fakku again (im not saying he is) then it would be smart of him to avoid telling people as much as possible, any staff member who finds out will most likely have the new offender banned.
