I want a PC port. Or maybe I really should just buy a console. But I'm not even finishing the VNs I've downloaded like ARGH GOD PLEASE RELIEVE ME FROM WORK I WANT MY UNI LIFE BACK
The speed is a level higher than what we're used to, even at Expert level. I can catch it, but it'll mean missing a good number of circles no matter how I play, as long as I continue to use 'two thumbs' and not 'two fingers' lol.
It will be the best you've seen out of any Visual Novel. Absolutely not a single VN in this world can compare aesthetic wise - it's so fucking rich, I see the future of animes/VNs in it.
You're playing that on a tablet? Because I find those songs almost impossible to get EX with my handphone. Two thumbs < ten fingers, just like how keyboard+mouse > mouse only at Osu.
That was some of the coolest mecha anime I've seen - if not THE coolest, ever. The music alone was candy already.
Really? I think they could've shrunk that episode to half its length and squeeze something else in. It's totally unnecessarily long.
Gun Gale Online huh? Since they're focusing on a single arc this time, I hope the animation will be kick ass while sticking truthfully with the plot.
The continuation to Reminiscence is out... Let's hope it's... less of a heart attack. Though given its track record, I shouldn't be surprised if it throws the towel halfway. Again.
EDIT:
Finished Reminiscence:Collect. Apparently when I'm interested in a VN, I devour them as quickly as I devour any book. And if you know me in real life, you'll be shocked at how fast I devour one.
Anyway, this is going to be short since I'm no longer that devoted to writing long arse reviews.
First, as usual Reminiscence:Collect has an extremely well constructed story. I love the negotiations, I love the tensions, and I absolutely love the atmosphere where you use your brain, rather than brawn to win the day. This is probably more faithful towards the direction of the VN, since there are nearly no violence involved at all, and every problem was resolved through the power of intellect. And that's a good thing, considering how shittily they handled actual battle scenes in the original VN (emphasis: one of the most boring shit I've ever read, that's for sure).
In addition, it also wraps up the EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY DISSATISFYING ENDINGS that were present in Reminiscence. No, what I was ranting crazily about Kizuna's route was of course (that son of a mother fucking bitch writer) NOT resolved, and as if baiting you like a rabbit it DARES TO END HER AFTER STORY AS WELL WITH A FUCKI - ah, I'm too tired for this. Anyway, despite a better handled ending - and since it never reveals the:
- my criticism stands - I believe they could have been done much better. Much, much better. Who the hell taught him to write endings? Seriously?
The Professor's ending is less satisfactory. In fact, I'll tell you straight out that it's a pain in the ass to get her true end because you'll be redirected to the bad end until you completed Yamato ending. Did I mention save points don't work, and that you'll have to restart up till that choice? Get a gun, people.
But. All in all, it was an extremely impressive read. I was very satisfied with how they wrapped how - uh, you know, the super-secret-character-I-don't-wanna-spoil - their story, and gave them the happy ending they deserve. I also like the dark implications that if you had followed the Professor end, Daishenji would most likely turn up dead, because it was either her or her political rival, and she was already losing before they even made contact with each other.
Moreover, Daishenji's route did not feel as 'FUCK YOU' as the original series. The ending still felt kind of quick - like, what happen to the world in general after success was not said. At all. - but it wraps up all of the main points beautifully.
Visually, like gawd it's so good. I don't really need to say anymore, but Nozomi is so CUTE! that it's unbelievable. Daishenji would be my second choice, followed by the yandere sister, Rin, professor and finally android. It was excellent; the art no doubt helped the series by a lot.
The voice actors are just as wonderful. Daishenji's voice is like candy to the ears, and I was like ohhhhhhhhhh when art and sound blend together in perfect harmony.
So in conclusion, those who have followed the original Reminiscence story should read this. Be reminded that there are a collection of short stories in the Extra section, so do not miss out on them as well. They're mostly gags, but it makes for a good laugh any time, anywhere.

It's a damn interesting manga at least. Weirdly enough I find Zero more attractive than the original but heck, either one's fine!
I have to say, that was the worst episode out of the twelve. They literally ran out of budget on this one, and how Saeru went down - even though I already knew he will go down - was just... this is supposed to be deep! DEEP!
That being said, like I expected it does bridge the gap up to STR.

If you mean from the prize, then obviously no. That requires you to invest actual money to get the Love Gems required to reach the high score.
But if it's just the 11000 point-get-Umi then sure. That's easy once you get the hang of things and A/S combo every time. They even lowered the high score so even though I was shitting at first I got and S rank for score.

... I'm sure you'll get your fill of Outer Science in the manga and LN. The needed to tie up the story leading up to Summertime Record permanently, and this is the only medium left. Remember, we never know how it leads up to Summertime Record - that ending and the rest are literally missing a link.
Once this anime is done, we will get the full picture - or, as full as you can hope for - of the entire story of Mekaku City Actors. No major things left unexplained (almost). I for one, am extremely satisfied with this outcome.

Summer Time Record has always been the ultimate ending to the Kagerou Project. They've repeated 'Outer Science' countless of times before that.
In the music video it was never shown how STR came to be, nor in the LN or manga, so this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
EDIT: But I'm sure there will be sadness as well. For one, I'm pretty sure that:

Lost my passion with League already. I'd rather play with 260 constant ping at Dawngate than this, really. Season 3 was their best, Season 4 is just a cluster fuck of terrible patches. I feel like it's the workplace dilemma: You've done the perfect job, and now you have nothing else to do, so you intentionally create problems to be fixed in the future. They've grown too big, point.
3DS is usually a good choice, but I'm want to play some Japanese games too, and the good ones are usually at PSV.
I stumbled upon the Kagerou Project really, clicking around Youtube with no purpose. The first one I got was Lost Time Memory, and it was so good I instantly downloaded it and saved it in my phone.
But I never got to check the other songs. I had no idea the scale, the thoughts, and the efforts put into this project until this anime came out, and I got curious.
I didn't check 'Outer Science' or any of the bad endings - too much of a pussy to do it; it seems like I'm losing my bravery with this kind of things the older I get - I'm already finding excuses not to download it for a full three episodes until today, and I cannot understand why - so, basically,
Let's really hope we don't see anything too gory for the last few episodes. It'll make me feel like running away and go for some dumb soul searching or something. God.

I tried installing the English translated version last night, and when I started the game it says there's a .dll file missing. Was focusing on Transistor for now - I have a LOT of games to go through, you know. Enough to get someone to pay me...
EDIT: What a retarded bug; apparently when the semicolon of the Steins;Gate folder was the reason why I can't start the game. What.
