Didn't see any topic made on this yet, and couldn't wait any longer for the next part of the trailer, here it is. The official Fakku thread for the upcoming noitaminA series, PSYCHO-PASS. Here are the only details revealed so far.

• Synopsis

The series takes place in the near future, when it is possible to instantaneously measure and quantify a person's state of mind and personality. This information is recorded and processed, and the term "Psycho-Pass" refers to a standard used to measure an individual's being. The story centers around the "enforcement officer" Shinya Kougami, who is tasked with managing crime in such a world.

This looks and sounds badass. Looks like they've gone all out with the visual production quality of the trailers. This might be one that will be remembered for a long time.

Hold on, I intentionally left out a certain detail that I wanted confirmed first before putting it in this thread. Honestly, if that's true, this is going to be either the shit, or literally shit.

And what would that certain detail be that you want to confirm?

The show has that despair scent all over already, ot it could be hallucinating. Anyways, first episode is pretty good. Now, the question is who'll die first and how fast, hmmmm....

Ehhh, not bad first episode, I wonder when we're finally gonna get a show like this where the MC isn't all "no we shouldn't hurt anyone".

All I have to say about the first episode is that I already don't like Rookie Girl. Like Old Guy though.

I wasn't expecting too much from this (and was even a bit reluctant to watch it at first) but I have to say that this is one of my favourite anime this season. There's not really much that it's competing against, but it's still rather enjoyable.

Episode 1 was pretty good. Damn, their guns are ridiculous.

Also, the gasoline part made no sense, she would of been up in flames as soon as she lit the lighter.
