Looks like they managed to successfully combined the BEST End with the BAD end.
in case of Ai's Arc, all of her endings ends up loving Junichi anyway although the Bad end kinda hurts first.

Best End: They spend their Christmas in a hot spring in the mountains. Tachibana realizes how much she means to him and confesses. She accepts and hugs him while their both in the spring. She's nekkid btw. Many years later, they watch fireworks from their room. Sex is certainly implied somewhere.
Bad End: Nanasaki is hurt and doesn't talk to him for a while... but eventually forgives him anyway. Many years later, they're talking to each other on a beach with his head on her lap. She realizes that she can never stop loving Tachibana.

Looking forward to Rihoko. All the Ai-lovers out there kind of made me sour towards her character (which I know is unreasonable, I don't even know why I feel that way). As for Ai's arc itself, it was alright; nothing spectacular.

Maybe you should check wikipedia. The game is for PS2 and soon to be ported to PSP. And according to VNDB no one is translating it... mostly cause it's on PS2 and not PC. Next time, try checking sources like Wiki and VNDB before you ask.
I suppose you did some research work, seeing your topic in the VN and Eroge discussion board.
Kaimax usually tells us what differences there are between the game and the anime, so just browse through this topic and see what hes written.
I really don't think Amagami is gonna be ported to PC. You're best choice is just playing it on PS2, or try a PS2 emulator. Frankly, I'd be quite content playing it on my PS2 (if I bothered downloading it) which can be downloaded from hongfire here or here. The torrent one still has seeds by the way.
I highly doubt that there will be a patch for this unless it gets ported to PC, which will most likely not happen, so no patch. And I really don't think people want to make a patch for a PS2 game either...

I know I shouldn't feel worse for Ai because of it. There were other characters (Haruhi, Holo, Hitagi, etc.) where I wasn't so off-put by the fanatical display of "love" for said character. So it really makes no sense.

I want to know what was up with Ai's brother. I thought that was going to be a bigger issue than it was, but instead it seemed to just turn out that her brother is like every other little boy - they all hate their big sister. I don't know what the point was of bringing him up.

Oh my yes. I've fallen quite hard for Rihoko already, and this may be my favorite opening to an arc yet. She's just so cute and lovable, and I just want to hug her and eat some pastries with her.
