I can't get passed ep 1... It's like madoka all over again.

I'm still unsure where this anime is going.

Because it was not going anywhere. The real plot just got introduced.
But Hyouka will be mainly about Oreki solving odd mysteries that no one can't solve.

What I like about him is how he seems to be so stupid and lazy while he's actually smart.

Yea, i know that. But the story is still foggy. We can only hope they get it right in the end.

I will still watch this until the end, not because of the story but for the art work. (Check my last post)

I just want to keep on watching, I have no reason for it.

Not entirely, the artwork is superb, it's making my eyes cry rainbows but I still like the story of the anime and the main character himself.

everything on it worth to watch, BTW, I'm only have the 1st episode, and In my country, the download speed sucks straight to hell..

Luckily it's still on episode 4, the 5th was dated 20 this month, I had times to catch up..

Episode 4? Wha-wha-what? I'm just on 2 and I haven't found any newer ones yet. D:

Just watched ep 3. The first thing to catch my attention was the music. The classical pieces just fit in so well. Again we heard Air of the G-String, complimenting the cafe scene at the beginning perfectly. I also have to comment on the pop-up book styled scenes, as they were very unique and really stand out.

I don't care too much for the story, but the gorgeous animation quality and music will keep me interested in this series. Aside from that, I also quite like the characters themselves and look forward to how they will develop.

Did anyone else get a clannad feel from the beginning of the anime? It was probably the voice actors / the whole new club thing.

He doesn't seem anything. He is quite blatantly a guy that's amazingly lazy. And because he's lazy, he only uses his brain when he has to.

The story is slow, but as Chitanda would say "I'M CURIOUS". Also, KyoAni's really did a great job with animation, music, and most importantly atmosphere, they made up for the slow plot by putting in so much detail into the dialogue and the "hallucination" scenes. This is also why I recommend going with gg for this show, no matter their "reputation", 8thsin is their TL, thats all that matters, even the great Mazui is not doing exactly well this show, and Commie is literally just script-writing instead of translating.
