I'm ready for the release of the OST. If only so I can listen to Kaiki's theme over and over. It's a good level of creepy, and I find myself watching the scenes with him in it just so I can hear that cello. Hearing his VA is also a bonus, where do I know that voice from? I'm sure I've heard it dozens of times before...

I can only hope so... but I pretty sure it doesn't happen in Nisemonogatari. We'll definitely get some Kiss-shot action in the upcoming movie at least.

Shinobu was definitely awesome and the soundtrack going during the discussion was as awesome, can't wait to put my hands on the OST and the blurays.
Also senjougahara is as good as ever :D

Ahh I knew I recognized that voice. Roy Mustang, Urahara Kisuke etc. He's a great VA. So on topic...Kaiki is the most confusing guy ever. EVER. Telling a lie every sentence was fucking my thought process up. I just decided to finally stop trying to make sense of what he said, I had an easier time of it after that point. He was a good character though.

End of Karen Bee. Power Rangers cameo/"friends of justice" theme. Koyomi <3 Hitagi. I enjoyed this story. I wasn't expecting Kaiki to just leave like that though. I wonder what the cause of the Phoenix will be for Tsukihi.

Lol I liked him voicing Sakamoto of Gintama... he really sounds awfully easygoing... REALLY easygoing

and really now, Shinobu... even Araragi has a point... but if you insist

Considering that Kaiki is a liar, it shouldn't be any surprise if it turns out that Kaiki causes another problem in the next arc. We did get an over-the-top fight scene beforehand at least.


Episode 7:

Then again, he does have Hitagi ... so even if Araragi was okay with wincest, his reaction would be natural.

Kaiki has been an interesting character. And he really is a character in a literal sense. His lives his life wrapping himself in lies (a character in a play), but does not believe the lies of others (the supernatural). Basically, he fancies himself a hypnotist who, understandably, is incapable of seeing the real process of how his dealings work.

I would totally take up Shinobu's request if I was Araragi. That glorious loli flat chest...

I was not expecting Karen to pull a Heiwajima Shizuo... Who knew she was that damn strong?

Kaiki was a fairly interesting and complex character. I hope to see more of him in the future of the Monogatari-verse.

I feel proud of Araragi for finally getting some of datass. Hitagi deserves some credit too for getting over her trauma.

Blushing Hitagi... HNNNNGGGH

Naked Fire Sisters cuddling... Yup, I'm good for another week.
