Persona 4 Anime -

First episode really compressed the shit out of the long boring first part of the game.

Want to ask something: How the hell HorribleSubs's is 400mb, while Commie's is 250mb and Doki's is 350mb? I mean, never seen Horrible release more than 270-280mb.

Are you like, asking the same question again here? Why ask again when none answered it already?

I'm gonna assume commie used 10bit encoding while both doki and horriblesubs used 8bit. They did say 10bit saves a lot on HDD space.

Good thing they did that, even i had trouble getting through the first hump of the game. Build up and taking your time with the story is great, but they really go at like snail speed before you get access to Yukiko's dungeon. I liked the game overall though, i'm looking forward to the rest of the Anime. In my opinion Persona 4 felt more like a game that wanted to be an Anime.

Okay so up front I've never played any of the Persona games, I really want to but alas. Yet the first episode of this show is very good, and I really want to know what's going to happen next, and it makes me want to play the game even more.

The first episode was badass, everything from the music to animation was perfect, i am already fan and made me want to buy a copy of the game.

Completed P3:FES, but haven't played P4. Watched the first episode and it looks like this will be good ... so long as they don't get the "great" idea of using P3 songs like, I don't know ... BABYBABYBABYBABYBABY.

Don't worry. P3 and P4 have separate OSTs, even though they're by the same guy. In fact, the OP theme of the anime is also that of the game, and the song that played when he summoned Izanagi in the end is the regular battle theme. Wait till you hear the boss theme play though. Freaking epic!

I liked that aspect though, I guess it was just my cup of tea, and enjoyable for me, it kinda does well to build the excitement.

Well they will be visiting Iwatodai/Gekoukan high so they'll be using p3 songs at that part.

Since i couldn't play the game this was the only way i would now the story , but now they're delaying it? Damn! -_-
