Hilarity all the way through. Liked the fact that almost non of the girls have eyes. Found it especially funny cause they always had inhuman superpowers. (Love the ending theme also)

Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse - 5/10

Don't get me wrong, I love the MLA universe but I do not think that this series does it much justice.

Well while both series dealt with aliens and human interaction/relationship/growth, Total Eclipse didn't do as great a job as Alternative.

The CG's were fine (though for the horde of BETA, it was easy to notice that each specie were copy-pasted from 1-3 designs), and some of the TSF designs were sexy. However, the concept of flight really threw me off (it wasn't in canon: they had boosters, but not true flight.) Harem antics made me frown, and I wanted to headdesk when Yuuya and Yui both acted like high school students (virgin ones at that).

The story could've used a little more work though, especially the ending - second half of the last episode.

Music wise - it was decent. Not bad, but not that great either. The inserts were good, but the battle soundtracks left me disappointed. And I did not particularly care for the OP and ED songs.

I was mildly disappointed that none of the important named characters died; that was an important part of MLA and in horror in general: Nobody is safe.

Overall, I want my Alternative anime rather than this.

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! 8/10

They exaggerated the stupidity to the point where it became ridiculous. I had a blast. Rikka and her sister are also cute/hot.

The story was meh. Music was average.

The thing that got to me the most is the disney like ending. It ends the story beautifully with a happy ending and lesson on life. Proving that the anime wasn't pointless.

The first half of the anime was pretty so-so, if it had continued like that I would have given it a 7, but luckily it didn't.

In the second half shit got real, lots of character development and interesting plot. Episode 23 gave me so many feels and the finale was a nice round up of everything. So yeah overall a good anime but the first half feels skippable.[/h]

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 7/10

I really can't see why people love this series. It never got me hooked and dying to watch the next episode; but it was enjoyable. It was few times where I thought it was horrendous and wanted to leave badly.

Overall the show was average. It was nice with the sci-fi twist to it. Asahina's voice was innocently sweet.

Accel world, 5/10

I dropped this anime halfway through, I picked it back up for the sake of finishing it. I can't say I regret dropping it.

Little witch academia, 8/10

This is one of the four shows from Anime Mirai (Young animator training project), a government funded project to train young animators on-the-job.

LWA is impressive. The animation, the backgrounds, the voices and the characters- they're all great. I really liked the magic school setting. For a 24 minute episode, it conveyed a good story. I recommend it.

Although i give it a 9/10, I agree with this 100%

Hayate no Gotoku all 3 seasons to date: 8/10

Without reading the manga, the first 10 episodes pretty much describe how everything works. Hayate has terrible parents and luck and is Nagi's butler. Romantic comedy develops between Hayate and everyone but its far more comedy than romance. There is a somewhat serious storyline though but its not too heavy. Despite being 52 episodes, season 1 has the combination of lighthearted and storyline episodes spaced enough that it doesnt feel long. The characters are all interesting and funny in their own way.

Season 2 is all Hina.

Season 3 was surprisingly all storyline. Its a good storyline too. That said, its not a complete 180 from season 1. The comedic parts are all still there most of the time.

Movie: 6/10. It felt like watching a 90 minute episode from season 1.

Robotics; Notes was a lotta fun for me. First half was a slow start if you were to look at it overall but man that ending just excited me all over the place.

Maoyuu Great Fantastic start no doubt. Some part of me wished that they couldve ended the transition a little more smoothly. As much as I am a fan of this, it does have its flaws in its finale.

Currently watching Accel World. No idea why this show was such a hot topic between my friends. Coincidentally, the Seiyuu for Haruyuki Arita is the very same as Ouma Shu from Guilty Crown. Oddly enough I find myself hating this Seiyuu because he captures the sheer pathetic image of these guys very well. ED track is pretty nice.

I had a blast throughout the entire episode. Everyone should watch this one episode story.

At first I thought that anime about gondoliers would boring but it was surprisingly enjoyable. It creates specific relaxing mood.
