Neon Genesis Evangelion:

I was too young when this anime came out, seeing as how big of an impact this show made in Japanese Pop culture got me curious to watching it.

Early episodes are fun to watch but the show gets a little bit disturbing as it progresses.

still I love it.
9/10

Oh my god yes <3.
I love Eva, :3 and I do have to agree, after a while they do get pretty disturbing, the whole plot is pretty messed up to be honest, but I think it's so well thought out.. it seems confusing sometimes, but once you really sit down and look into it, it makes way more sense. I just rewatched it about a month ago, I cannot wait to download and watch the movies. (I have a bunch of anime on the go and don't want to start more yet).

It's probably one of my favorite animes ever, I've heard the manga is so much more disturbing!

Yeah its disturbing, apparently one Eva fan got so disturbed by it that he sent the series creator, Hideaki Anno death threats

Yeah, I heard of this, some people were so disturbed with the ending and such, that after he was sent death threats, he made End of Evangelion, to please the people who weren't happy with his choice of creation.
I personally was pretty friggin confused and such, and was slightly disturbed, but I think it was definitely an interesting way to end the series. I do think End of Evangelion was a good idea though, I mean the ending was confusing as all hell.. O.o.

(Sorry if I may have repeated myself or this doesn't make sense, I may or may not be completely sober :3)

Angel beats, 8/10.

The setting was interesting, the story was good, and the characters were all likeable. The group's antics were funny as hell, and it really hit me hard whenever the story got serious.
Spoiler:
The part where Hinata confessed to Yui got me the most.

GJ-bu a very low 7 =Slice of life everyday is a fun day kinda deal. Not against it but some of the early jokes are funny. :/

Kotoura-san: solid 7 = Interesting beginning but again it's a slice of life everyday deal again. I really do like the concept of the negative aspects of
Spoiler:
mind-reading
however some of the jokes are repetitive. The characters themselves are fun though.

Tamako Market: 5 = It's Kyoto Ani. I feel like they're running outta ideas since the beginning of this series. (Almost) everything they did before this was good-great but this series is pretty much after their peak of popularity (until this came along
Spoiler:
).

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica - Much better than I thought it would be, so many feels. Homura is awesome.

Kotoura-san - 6/10

It wasn't really a series that I really got into, but I did like the characters and their interactions with one another. Story-wise... it wasn't my thing; I felt it should've continued on as it was instead of delving into the "Crime Investigator" arch - meh. Called the 'villain' after two exposures - wasn't much of a surprise.

Baccano: It was simply the second best anime I've seen thus far. The dub for the first time appears flawless. Three plots all crammed nicely into 13 episodes, it truly deserves a 10/10.

School Days: I gave School Days a chance just recently. I watched it on Crunchyroll and let me put it in terms that even a ten year could understand. I wanted to tear out my skin on how the bland and naive the characters were. Anyone who says that is a masterpiece and that it redefines the genre. I will promptly say. What type of Real Life situation do you have sex as "PRACTICE" with several different girls when you have a f*cking girlfriend. It doesn't even deserve a three but the animation was really good, especially when Sekai stabbed the living shit out of Makato. 3/10

The most recent was "Eden of the East". I loved the series even though it was slow to start. I loved the plot and the characters it was an amazing series which I will be buying on blu-ray soon. 8.5/ out 10

Nichijou: I was laughing every episode and grew very fond of Mio, Yukko, and Nano (all three waifu material). At some parts, it kind of fell flat, but everything else about it was fantastic. The animation itself was extremely good and very pleasant to watch. I personally rate it 9/10[/h].

Angel Beats: This series was all over the place; a positive and a negative. While not being completely coherent, it did manage to tie in everything pretty neatly so you weren't confused. It ranged from being comedic and cheery to being intense and suspenseful. Some of the characters were very likable while others were kind of dull due to how they built the characters. While people like Otonashi, Hinata, Nakamura, and Yui get plenty of development, others are kind of skimmed over and forgotten. Despite the downsides, the story was entertaining and the animation was good. I rate it 8/10[/h].

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. ~ 8/10

Awesome, quite bizarre, and I loved the "epic manly" vocals used, it's like each time they spoke it was DESTINY.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - ∞/10 (or whatever arbitrary scale you use), but hey, that's just from me and it's a rewatch so, yeah

Kokoro Connect - 9/10 I really enjoyed how we get to see how people think about each other and act and feel and all the other things we hide from each other just kinda tossed out into the open between a group of five friends/acquaintances

@lightmonkey - Yeah...I have to agree with you about School Days, I've had the series on my HDD for 7 months now and I've barely managed to be able to watch 6 episodes (I ended up just watching 4-6 at once to try to get into it). I'm unsure whether I even want to finish or if I should just read all the spoilers I can find as I vaguely know what the ending is like but, ya know.

Senyuu. - 9/10
Haven't laughed so hard at an anime for quite a while. It felt better when I watched the whole season in one go since each episode is 4-6 minutes long. I like the hero's reactions to every weird situations. Looking forward to the second season this coming summer.
