Some high school girl killed her dad with an ax, so the guys at the TV station decided to cancel the broadcast of School Days episode 12. The girl's reason, voiced out was: "I hate him, so I killed him." or something like that.

A Harem ending is the last thing I want for Makoto. He doesn't deserve anything better than a slow death in my opinion. It's just saddening what an asshole he became in the later episodes. Poor Sekai (especially). Poor Kotonoha. I understand how it might be difficult to break up with someone as cheerful and innocent as Kotonoha, so he was OK then. But you'd think anyone in their right mind would be a little more responsible and not go around screwing every girl in the school. I was just shaking my head in disbelief during the 11th episode. Could anyone be that sex-hungry? You have Sekai for god's sake!

i haven't played Summer Days yet, but i know that it's the sequel to School Days (i haven't played School Days either)

Sure, he was. And for the first... 6 or 7 episodes I didn't have anything against him. It wasn't really anybody's fault until then; Makoto was just a shy and handsome guy discovering the joys and woes of love, Kotonoha has some bad past causing her to be rather afraid of boys (leading to Makoto getting tired of her), and Sekai loved Makoto (it is difficult to go against your feelings like that, so I don't blame her; she loved Makoto from the very beginning). So until then, I could sympathise with everyone.

But all of a sudden, Makoto gains a harem, starts doing it with every girl that walks up to his doorstep, and breaks Kotonoha's and Sekai's hearts. What an asshole. I mean, Sekai is all alone (Setsuna already left right?) and pregnant, Kotonoha has mentally broken down, and Makoto gets it with about 3 or 4 girls a day. If that's not enough to deserve a slow and painful death, what is?



Actually, correction. Summer Days is more of a prequel to School Days. The premise for the game was something like (in horrible broken english): "If I met you during the summer, my destiny would be changed to other." It's basically an alternate universe, since instead of the characters meeting on the first day of high school, in Summer Days they first meet in the summer holidays preceding their first year of high school. Basically Sekai has a part time job at this place, but she falls sick (she's in chibi form at some scenes which is quite... funny lol) and Setsuna has to fill in for her. That's how Makoto (yes, that lucky bastard again) and Setsuna meet.

If you ask me, it's unlikely that a Summer Days TV will come out, but I'm hoping for the best ><. Perhaps someone will make a hentai OAV or something.

i think (or i wish) school days were not canceled, it was just rescheduled to a later date so it would not be associated to that daughter-father murder thing.. hahahahaha.... :lol:
