lol, well that's great then. ^^ I'm happy your having a good holiday and I'm happy I got to talk to you and Melly. Do you have any sort of holiday traditions?

mmm not really. We just do our own thing each year.
I believe traditions get in the way of you having a good time.

I understand that.. traditions should be enjoyable, and aid in having a good time, or they are pointless. Like with my desire for candy canes. They take me back. It's quite a sight to see dozens and dozens of them lined all up, music going.

Candy canes... They seem to be a dying tradition over here.

oh, as a matter of update that "special post" I was talking about.. I'm having trouble finding stuff. Perhaps I'm just not as clever finding stuff today, cuz I know I should be able. So I will just work on the post a little more and at least release the text. It's nothing as fancy as a poem or anything but hopefully people will be able to imagine something fun.

Do you need music contributions again?

I always like music, the more the merrier. ^^

The haven come christmas time is very lively. Some normally hidden forces in the haven become visible. It will be hard to find a part of the haven not celebrating in some fashion.




Don't be surprised if you stumble across a fully decorated tree.. christmas spites like to make this place plenty festive. Together with some of the elves that help the haven grow, fairies may be seen adding lights and garland to trees.




The smell of nutmeg may catch your nose.. it drifts in the wind, as if some unseen force is cooking nearby. Several small cottages have appeared as well.. who knows what you might find? Is it a warm place to put up your feet, or a cold an abandoned shack?



Weather magic can be unpredictable.. try it and you might be eating peppermint snow, or some other crazy thing.. do be careful.



Want to contact one of the elves that are roaming around? Try lighting a candle. It's peaceful aura may attract them. You might also encounter them humming songs as you walk around the haven.



The fairies are timid creatures, but very giving lately, so you may encounter a table of treats laid out.. maybe make a wish for your favorite snack.
