If you are very accommodating and helpful towards others, there is nothing wrong with that personality trait. It does not make you weak. If you think it makes society think you are weak, then you are most likely the only one who thinks that and you just need to adjust your thinking.
If someone is mistreating you or taking advantage of you and you are accepting it, that is a different problem. Letting people walk all over you is a problem with a quick fix. You simply need to pull your balls out of your ass and learn to say "no" to people.

Thanks for the advice. Usually I am able to assert myself when I think I'm being taken advantage of. I want to be a nice guy without knowing I'm being walked all over.
I got two more questions:
I'm a social idiot around women, what do I do to remedy this social idiocy or should I keep my social idiocy as a quirk to use to my advantage?
I can't really look at people in their eyes, do you find this to be problem? And if so, what can I do to remedy it?
