Your Weapons of Choice against a zombie attack.

This if it was unrealistically speaking, However. Realistically:

I'm pretty weak so I couldn't handle something heavy I'd probably go for something like A Silenced m16

Maybe a Katana but I could slug a sledgehammer pretty hard so maybe that instead, as long as the pole was metal and not wood.

I'd build a sentry and camp out.

My weapons:
-Science Labor to create an antidote
-syringe to take the shit
-close combat mode with fists/anything i can find, not giving a shit about getting infected

Primary: 2011 Excalibur Vixen 2 crossbow
Secondary: A .375 magnum pistol
Melee: A Japanese samurai katana.
Vehicle: An armored jeep
My crossbow solves the problem of being able to take out zombies from a distance without having the con that guns have that makes noise. Crossbows are subtle, the only noise you'd hear is the dead zombie thumping to the ground. The .375 magnum would be seldom used except in situations where it must be used and I would have no option left. The katana is long enough for me to slash the zombie, yet I am distanced enough from the zombie. A katana is 29 inches long and is razor sharp. So easy cutting. The armored jeep would be from a military base, and I would use it to run down zombies if I have to. I would also be equipped with all the neccessary tools for maintenance of my weapons and vechicle. And if the situation comes when I can no longer use the vehicle or weapons anymore, then I'll just scavenge or I'd already be out in the safe safe wilderness.

That is true. Flamethrowers are very fun, yes.

close range- machete...hands down(no pun intended)

I'd gas every damn douchebag, wigger, hipster, whoreslut, druggie, and pretty much any other person that simply doesn't contribute much anything to society- wrap 'em up- and leave the zombie hordes some nice snacks, while I simply waltz away.

The best weapon for a zombie invasion is the Macross... unless zombies somehow infiltrate it. Then the best weapon would be a Super Robot, cuz real robots are too real for survival.


And for all of you katana fans, a european long sword is better, since it is more durable, and easier to learn how to use.

Well for practical purposes I'd get an axe, a shotgun, silenced pistol and a machete (don't like MG's they make too much noise)
