Yeah, it's a good one - just wish that I had gotten the version with juice. But you don't really get much choice when you buy through Mandarake. ^^
What I meant to say was that her back burst open in the past; that thing going down her back now is the scar left behind. D:

Nah, just a nonsensical explanation to whatever the fuck is happening on her back. Looks like a giant scar to me, hence her back bursting open because of her massive boobies. :P

Hahaha :D Yeah it's a bit odd, I guess it's just the artist's stylistic choice though.
Thanks very much for the input on the materials guys. I will probably go with the 2WR if I do get one.
Clesta's Raika was AJ2way yeah.

Yeah, I was wondering what it was before mikey brought it up, but I still liked the cover enough anyway. I guess with the way her shoulder blades are hunched up, a crease in the back is normal, but definitely not to that extent... but it's not necessarily a realistic portrayal of human anatomy. :P
It really depends on what you plan to do with the cover. If you plan on using it mostly for display, I'd definitely recommend going the roika route. Not only does roika usually have the better image quality, but in NoReal's case, this is especially true. I remember I posted comparison shots of a Taiga case in here a few weeks back, and the 2WR absolutely blew the 2WT away visually. That and 2WT is usually 1-3k more expensive than the 2WR, so it never hurts to save a bit of money if you're looking for it.
Even so, I would definitely recommend that everyone try P80's 2WT for themselves, at one point or another. It's an absolutely different feel if you're used to the 2WT A&J or Seiren (technically pearl roika, but it's still 2WT :P) puts out.
Also, willowywicca, do you recall if you ever had a problem posting on the front page of Figure.fm? My sale post never made it to the main page, which definitely hurt my views, but wasn't that big of a deal. I figured it was a one time thing since it was my first post and it also happened to be a sale (I could see why they would want to discourage that), but I did a (nonsale) dakimakura post the other day, and it didn't make the main page either. :( I wonder if I have to comment on other posts a certain number of times before my threads make it onto the main page, or if it's something else.

Anyhow, materials are all a matter of taste; both of these were manufactured by the company P80. There's several other companies that make material by the same name (2WT/2WR), but they're different. Generally speaking, most 2WT and 2WR materials are almost indistinguishable; they may feel a bit different or be a bit thicker in some cases, but for the most part 2-way tricot and 2-way roika are interchangeable terms.P80's roika and tricot, however, are obviously quite different. The roika is obviously the better material in terms of image quality; the colors look better (in my opinion), and I describe the 2WT as having a "grainy" look, but a more detailed description would be that the individual pixels are much more noticeable, whereas the roika's image is a lot more unified.
The reason I buy P80's 2WT as well as their roika, when the roika is obviously superior in image quality, has everything to do with the feel of the material. It's definitely another personal preference issue, because drakanity recently got some Marks covers made of P80 2WT and he described the material as feeling rough. I think P80's 2WT just has more substance when you feel it; almost all roika and tricots are very smooth and slippery when you use them, but I really like the way P80's 2WT feels against the skin. The smoothness/slickness that materials like A&J's 2WT or Seiren's Pearl Roika offer are still great from time to time, but I personally prefer the unique feel of P80's 2WT. Even if the image quality sucks. D:
^This answered my question. Thanks. ^^

Yeah for me, even if it feels great I'll be bothered if I know that I could have gotten the image quality higher. It's just the sort of thing to nag at the back of my mind all the time ;(
Regarding Figure.fm, hmm no I don't recall any such problems for any type of post. One thing I would note though is that the posts are shown in the order they were posted, and if you initially set your post as not visible (to edit the images and such) it still gets put in the order of when you initially (invisibly) posted it, not of the time when you made it first visible. If you spent a long time getting it right before making it visible, that may explain it, otherwise I've no idea sorry.

Yeah, that's fair enough. In the future, any P80 doubles I buy, I'll probably do one of each.
With my sale post, I did have spend about 10-20 minutes editing it, but it never popped up after I published it. The other one I had visible from the get go and it never popped up. D: I found a post somewhere about accounts needing to be "approved" before they can post on the main page, but that vague reference was the best I could anywhere. Maybe I'll try shooting them off an email to see what the deal is.

Hmm, I do remember in the past for competitions on dannychoo.com your account needed to be a few weeks old to be eligible, possibly it's the same on figure.fm and after some weeks you will gain the rights then.

D: Granted I recently started posting again after not posting much at all for most of that year, which is what made me think there was a post count requirement before someone's account would be flagged for main page posts. Still a bit strange either way.

I'm in the same situation as well, Shashin. I posted my AX 2012 loot on there but it didn't make it to the latest post section either or front page, if you will.

That's a weird situation. I wonder if the same happens with my posts; I usually don't pay attention.
No matter the case, it would be nice if it was outlined somewhere. I tried searching a bit and didn't see any information anywhere. People need to know what's happening.

I've seen (some of) your posts on the latest posts area Alamarco, so I don't think it's happening for you.
It could possibly be a recent bug too, as it really doesn't make much sense to stop people's posts being seen (from the pov of maintaining and growing the community).

The only reason I can think of for requiring a post limit is the amount of recent spam. I haven't seen anyone start any topics, possibly for this reason, but I've seen tons of threads get spammed. Requiring some sort of time required and posts needed would allow them time to delete the spam while not littering the latest post area.
Besides that, they do have a support page so I would try putting in a support request to see if any of these limits exist.

Yeah, the best I could find in the support topic was a post about an account needing to be "approved" before they can post; it was extremely vague and not very helpful (I don't think it was made by an admin, either.) The best I can think of is a post count needing to be hit before topics can be made, but that honestly seems like a counter-intuitive method to me, as it just promotes spamming to hit the limit. Anyhow, I put in a support ticket, so we'll see if I get a response.
And yeah, alamarco, your recent loot post showed up on the front page. Mine didn't show up on the front page, and if you click the sections where I have my two posts (classified and 2D girls), they're not visible at all.

Not sure what to think about the new Carnelian cover. Her art is always beautiful, but I just really don't like chicks with short hair. Still debating ordering it because I'm definitely putting in a special order for Cowtits, and it feels like a bit of a waste to pick up just that one cover.

I'm not a fan of short hair either. Some characters can look good, but they always look better when they had long hair.
I'm really disappointed in Selene's Akeno. The body looks decent, but the face is really lacking detail. It's not that she looks different from her character, but that she just looks so plan and featureless. I like Akeno a lot more than Rias, so it would of been nice to add her to my collection, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass on this one. :(

Nice to see you guys on Figure.Fm too bad, I'm completely unable to access.
Complete BS if you ask me.
