If it doesn't become ridiculous, it is fine though I prefer having proper english is better since it is a bad influence to everyone if we use slang too much

I don't mind if people translate stuff like that they have slang in Japan too. Just like Mexicans have rednecks. I think Japan has some rednecks too.Assholes as well.

I don't care if they do talk like Snoop Dogg. I just want proper tenses and accurate spelling. Bad translations have actually ruined hentai for me.

I think its ok as long as its intended. there was a part in Gantz somewhere where there were so many contractions you couldn't understand the language which spoke to a cultural difference . I think intended slang/improper contractions are creative as long as they serve a purpose.
