From the LA Times (11/1/2011)
Paying rent in jail????????
This one is from the Southern California Public Radio (6/9/2011)

People are not just one way or another: we're an entire damn species.
Intelligence and common sense vary within a huge range.

*sigh*
I know, I'm just can't wrap my mind around what some people are thinking sometimes. My uncle told me about those two things and I thought the first was ridiculous. Lets charge the owners if a dog barks longer than... , "A dog’s barking is considered excessive if it continues for 10 minutes or more, or intermittently for 30 minutes or more within a three-hour period, Lesel said." I'm just... have we really come to this? DEFINING EXCESSIVE BARKING???? I mean for fuck's sake.
And with the other, charging people rent for being in jail and... "Stone’s plan could also charge admission fees for people who visit inmates." I mean are you trying to run at the wall at full force? SHIT! I cracked up for quite a few minutes there, but Im just so ANGRY. Firstly, poor people are in jail. Poor and crazy people populate the jails and prisons. Why are they in jail? They're deviants, outcasts in society. They fucked up somewhere and were caught. How do we help them after the first offense? Let them out with some programs MAYBE that keeps an eye on them MAYBE and reintroduce them to society with next to no help. No REAL help.
Of course if you dont TEACH THEM, they're going to go back to what they know. Now the poor and crazy cant help themselves. Some PRISONS are BETTER than some of these peoples real lives. Some people can't afford their basic needs and prison gives it to them. Crazy people are just that. What do we do with people we don't like? Put them all together in a little box and ignore them.
Now... lets see how far we can squeeze these people before we drive them to killing themselves or to a point at least where their mind breaks and WE ALL END UP IN PRISON for CHEAP LABOR!! What kills me is that... its just so STUPID AND ITS REAL! Some fucking politician somewhere was thinking... now we have no state funds so where can we squeeze that isn't going to lead to a real uproar. Sneaky fucking bastards!!!!!
If CA wants to quit bleeding, CHARGE FOR MARIJUANA!!! So fucking available its ridiculous. Just tax Marijuana and put the funds towards FIXING WITHIN THE GODDAMN SYSTEM. Create something, improve something, put money into people so they can create money for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just so angry its giving me a headache.

WOW.... and again... WOW!!!!
I kinda saw this coming where jailers have to pay rent for the room they are staying at....
This type of thing is called forced labor or in a harsher term.. SLAVERY!!!!
If the people of America can't seem to pay the country then the jailers could do it for them.... this type pf strategy is demonic and much worse than Netorare.
Dogs barking??!!!????
Why should the people start paying fines for their dogs barking?
Are they literally trying to mix nature with law????
Definitely stupid and unreasonable...
but then again we don't control the country... the big bros do.

Yea I know California its hurting for money, but I just never thought I would see the day where I felt that common sense was a thing of legend to politicians. I know you want to make money and stay in power and protect your own interests and the interests of those who lure over your soul, but seriously? You are the devil.
Haha, right? The idea of paying because your dog is barking is not unfathomable to me like the first, but... you know its like... a dog barks. A cat meows. A pig oinks or whatever. Things you learn when your just new to the world are being constrained. "No no, dogs shouldn't be allowed to bark very much, for very long. They annoy me." Really? Top of the fucking food chain and you're going to pick a fight about dogs barking too much. Get a fucking life. I can already picture the type of people who would be calling too. GET A FUCKING LIFE! Dogs bark! Shit.
Fucking big brother needs to get some shit checked out. :/ He's gone and lost his fucking mind.

Shit like this shouldn't surprise me anymore, but only now, I'm starting to see how desperate CA is for money. I don't know if I'll be able to even afford UCLA in the future years considering the recent tuition fees hike. :/

And its in an affluent area so everything around you is not going to help with the costs.
And... yea California is bleeding a fuckload and thats just the facts we're told, but who knows. Maybe those fucking politicians are actually hiding it somewhere... like in their pockets and just LYING straight out. That is more believable to me than some of this crap. "Yep, CA... all a lie, we just want to squeeze for the lolz."
Dogs bark.
Politicians lie.
Facts of life.

Oh, boy. Don't put any thoughts of a possible conspiracy for all of this in my head, Kitty. I'm still trying to recover from Assassin's Creed 2's subliminal messages. :P

I'm still trying to recover from Assassin's Creed 2's subliminal messages. :PI'm just speaking the truth, I wouldn't be surprised, the whole country is ruled by people with money and power... why would you even think there might not be a conspiracy, as you say. Why not? They change little things in the law to suit them all the time. They use people to get what they want. They have the POWER to manipulate whole parts of society. Banned all together, they can do whatever the hell they want without retribution, unless they're caught red handed. AND... even if they are caught... because they have friends in the right places... they'd just get a slap on the hand anyway. I think your ridiculous to not expect otherwise from them. If you can get away with it, you do it. Doesnt EVERYONE torrent? Steal music, work around the system because they can. Why pay for things if you can get them for free mentality. Same thing here but there are people that have WAY MORE RESOURCES than you or I.
If you have the power to run the country as you like and you want more money, you'll just manipulate your way to getting it. Power is a scary thing in the wrong hands and people get greedy. People that have EVERYTHING STILL WANT MORE. It's part of the human condition to want more. Do you know anyone that is just content? Not one, "I want... or I wish I had... or just once I'd like..." Envy is a little bitch and there's always more to be had if you have the right resources.

If they're going to do that, then who are they going to fine for the foxes near my area for making constant noise, and cats fighting for long intervals? I'm not complaining about that noise I'm just highlighting and comparing.
They may as well fine people for talking above a given volume e.g. concerts, that's how stupid it is.

Given the chance, we'd probably be no better off in the same situation. People think marijuana, alcohol and all those other shit are addictive drugs, but power itself is the most addictive and the most dangerous of them all. Unfortunately, there's not a damn thing we could do about that. Why? It's just simple human nature.
Control is a dangerous thing, Kitty. It ruins even the purest and most complete of men. :(

Especially if the dog is barking if it is having fun at a park or something, what do they expect it to do, whisper bark? Or do they just want them to stay miserable, and make everyone miserable? I say that's their plan - to make everyone miserable. Smiling is bad for the economy because miserable people buy more things. But that's off topic, they are just morons.

Art, this is what I'm talking about with the way you say things. "Correction." Not a way to open an argument, turns people off to everything that's going to follow that statement. Rubs the wrong way. :/ I warned you that I would start pointing this out to you.
I am not saying I would be better because I don't know. But, in general, I strive to be a good person. So I like to think that I would at least fair better some people. :) And really... thats not true. There are people who do good with their power. Start and maintain programs that are for other peoples benefits. People who volunteer their time towards a good cause and such. There are people with power and influence that do good things for other people without asking. Oprah Winfrey is a good example.

I know, sorry. Once again, running of my mouth. Yes, there are some exceptions, and we all strive to become better. I guess it's just my own personal experience talking.
You know what, I'll shut up now. I've said my mind for now, and I apologize for coming off as rude.

It's fine Art, your opinions should always be heard, everyone deserves a voice. The world would be boring if everyone agreed and was polite. Its just you need to take care in the way you say those opinions of yours so you don't piss people off. :)
But thank you for sharing your opinion, regardless of how it can come out. <3
