XD No problem. I'd say within the week, got to give it time for the signatures.
I'm feeling...optimistic, for some reason. -_-
I say, in just another 4 days, a law that was secretly being passed around for some time finally becomes official. :)

So if you have some examples of this stupidity to share, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post it here. I just need to know! How stupid are people really going to be?Please don't torture yourself. I've seen so much stupid shit that my desk risks to be permanently melded to my head.
Don't go actively looking for it. Stupidity shall find it's way to you far more often than one could wish for.
XD hahahahaha.... you are probably right. I shouldn't be so adamant about finding it when it will come to me as sure as we revolve around the sun.

@Art... I want to ponder what this next stupid law will be. "If you do not put the items you pick up in a store back where they belong, $200 FINE!!!" I never put stuff back, I just set it wherever I am (terrible I know). OR... "If you do not put the toilet seat down in public places like restaurants, cafes, etc. $500 FINE!!!" I want to say it will be something akin to the cigarette law.
I'm going to post and rant either way. :D

I have met my share of stupid people, but I have banished their existence from my mind so I'm not bothered by it. Thus no examples.

[font=verdana][color=green]Hmm...this is a difficult question. I have met my fair share of stupid people.
But...it's one of those things. When I'm asked to think of stupid things people have done...I just can't think of anything. It's annoying how my mind works.
However, stupid people do serve their purpose. They give you someone to look at and think "Yup...I'm glad I'm not that stupid".

There's a lot of stuff that could be written about these topics that I'll try my best to break them down in points.
- Fine me because my dog is barking "excessively"? I mean, I'll understand this the day I might be able to actually control what my dog does. Not even training makes this!
- The problem with jails is that they have no other purpose than lock people down, no reformation, education or whatever. Just lock'em all and make'em fight in the main yard. Is not enough with having them locked down but to make them pay rent. For what? For the pockets of some other guys who should actually be locked: the white collar criminals.
- Is that necessary that every single felony must be punished with prison? I mean, is that important the public order over everything. Those are the dillemas we have in our country now: the government prefers to take police to beat students than actually fix the educational system. "Education is what fixes the problems, not law enforcement", some guy said here.
Many stuff might have been out of what I wanted to say, but my parents called me to get into Skype and I need to reboot to do so. :S

I think to be an idiot is one thing, to be better each day is better.
If you become better each day that passes, there must be one day that you accomplish your goal or become kinda' er... smart.

NEXUS
Since 2010
It became apparent to me a couple years ago that society has gone in the shitter however, I don't feel like the majority is at fault. The majority would like nothing more than to live within they're means but a handful of people which has now turned into two handfuls seems to think that everyone is dirt on the bottom of they're shoes and if they can't make money for them then they are useless.
As much as I'd like to believe the peaceful protests currently going on around the world will solve this global crisis I don't think it will work, sitting around and waiting for the 1% to stop being greedy isn't going to do anything but, from what I've seen the majority has woken up and smelled the bullshit that has been spilled upon our homes and streets. Eventually the anger will build and the people will revolt violently and politicians will be killed at the hands of the people who voted them in. Somehow I see this as history repeating itself as kingdoms of times past have fallen but on a global scale as we now are deep into the internet age. I know my Dad told me life was going to be hard but I didn't think it would be like this but I'll deal with it the best I can.

What about fines for doucebags who walk around talking loudly on cellphones?
there is a flaw in the barking dog fines. most dogs don't just bark for no reason. they only bark if there is something to bark at. so if some idiot(animal control persons included) stands there so the dog barks, does that count? this is going to be abused greatly by asshoile neighbors.

I find having to pay for a TV license pretty stupid it costs about £150 a year and you can get a £1000 fine for not having one if you are found to be watching live TV.
I believe it's so the BBC can show their shows with out adverts. I'd rather have the adverts for what little I watch. I still don't get why it hasn't been changed every one seems to think it is silly.

-People who date douchebags/crazy bitches.
They break up.
What do they do?
They date other people EXACTLY LIKE THEM.
-Cellphone/iphone/random gadget while driving.
-Drinking and driving.
-Overpopulating schools/ the current educational system in general.
-Letting a clearly guilty person get off Scott-free because they have enough stinkin' money to pay bail.
-People who dress up their pets.
-Cyclists who ride in the middle of the damned road and then wonder why they get hit.
-People who quote things all the time. Not everything in life is a reference, nor do they need one.

I don't know if this is the case where you live, but in many places it's actually a rule that cyclists have to ride in the road, not sidewalks.
More idiocy: personhood amendments. Sure, let's count zygotes as American citizens, yay!

@Shag hahaha, yep, exactly, all kinds of abuse will ensue. Get a life neighbors.
Ahaha, you had me cracking up Pump, yes... I've never going to understand those people that go back to relationships that DONT work! Hahaha... its so sad... those are relationshits! (I wanted to only find a clip of the first part... not the whole bit. lol.)
OMG, the people who dress up their pets. Hahahaha... unbelievable. Those people too. Geez... they are pets!!!!
Cyclists... XD Ok people on your skateboards at University... I'm walking HERE!!! I swore one day I was just going to just push you off. I have failed there.
YES!!! Those people who quote everything, like they can't say a brilliant thing if they just spoke! Say things and they come out! Those are people with no mind of their own. I used to save quotes to think about, but I didn't just say them and expect them to fit and explain themselves. lol.

[font=verdana][color=green]He means the middle of the road. I think the rule is that cyclists have to be around 60cm from the path, but not in the damned middle; slowing down the traffic and being quite the stupid health-hazard to themselves.

People who talk on the phone and do other retarded shit while I'm watching a movie at the theatre.
Its what made me stay at home and download movies off the internet.

I hate the "rule" of cycling in the road. I hate holding up traffic and they hate being held up, and I much prefer using pathways because pedestrians can just walk around or stop to let me by, so I do. People don't like it, but fuck them. I'm going to ride on the path whether they like it or not.

Yeah I find the TV licensing thing retarded. We're one of the only countries in the world who still charge for TV services.
We're also one of the only countries, if not the only country, in the world who calls an insurance based on the driver's age, driving history and the type of car they're insuring "Car insurance", racking up the price just to simply own the fucking thing. All other countries actually insure the car on its own, and not who's driving it. False advertising I calls it.

[font=verdana][color=green]Well...I used to ride on the paths too, I have to admit. But if the road was clear, I would use that as you could generate more speed.
Perhaps, but the quality of the BBC is supreme. It has the best news, documentaries, sports and it has no adverts. I'm happy enough to pay £150 for that.
Yeah, that thing is a bitch. My insurance cost more than the damn car. Ah well. I don't have to deal with that shit now.
