What do you put in your instant Ramen?

Whether you're a starving college student or a romantically unlucky single person living by themselves, I bet you all must turn to Instant Ramen as a quick prep meal (noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then add seasoning packet... or pour hot water into a styrofoam cup with dried soup in it then wait a minute or two). But isn't instant Ramen a bit... plain? What do you like to add to it?
I'll either drop raw eggs into the boiling water with some pepper, or top off the thing with spam slices and chopped onion shoots. :)
Thankfully I do cook for myself, so Instant Ramen isn't always on the menu unless I'm feeling lazy that day.

Well I have super noodles (close enough). I put in light soy sauce and a couple jalapenos around the time most the water has evaporated in the pot. Soy sauce has always smelled a bit bad to me, but wow does it go well in your food :D

Green onions, cabbage, mung beans, chicken, pork aka ham, and dried shrimps. Also i make it like my woman's mom does which is just plain miso or soy based broth ramen with sides of cooked cabbage in vinegar and soy, cooked green beans and potatoes with eggs in a omelet like batter and sotetsu, a miso soup... which is poisonous if you don't know what your doing... tastes awesome.

That^
Boil ramen and drop all extras, I don't put much effort for instant ramens.

If I do eat any instant noodles, I generally add a bit of curry powder and some roasted pine nuts.
I have a Cantonese flat-mate though, who adds all sorts of cool stuff, like fried eggs and fish balls.

I usually eat mine with just the packets you get. (Sometimes with green onions.) However, I have found some very interesting types of ramen at my local Asian food store.
One of my good friends likes to put tapatio in hers. (But then again, she likes to put tapatio on lots of food she eats...)

I'll add in some meat leftovers from other dinners I've had. The seasoning is pretty strong already though.

Curious and Wondering
Usually last night's leftover protein. Meat, fish, chicken... as long as I can sauté it quickly. Then I add diced onions, a bit of fried garlic and paprika, and add a sprinkling of chives. About a good 15 minutes if you can multitask cooking and prep work.

I personally put in boiling water salt and pepper. I drain the noodles though add butter and fry them with green onions and add the seasoning packet.
