Next I would say is censorship. If you can't see anything.. sorta.. ruins it.
and if it's not really in the language you speak, it takes away my first argument because you can't understand the actual story.

Artwork easily. I especially like it when the artist is able to create realistic body proportions and physical appearances.

Well the story is what really makes a great h, but not the really complex stories, those just make it boring i like the kinky stories like about a cursed board game, body transfers, those kinds of stuff ^^ I could forgive lousy artwork as long as the story is cool for me ^^ wow 6 comments in 4 minutes, new record! ^^

Art is a must simply because its very easy and common for amateurs to draw deformed breasts and poses. When you don't see what you like, there's no point to dig further in, similar to finding that girl/guy in real life.
Censorship-
Second most important thing. Like they say, when you turn them over for doggy style, they all look the same from behind, so seeing what you're putting your thing into really counts.
Color / BW-
Color helps because it adds more dimension to the characters.
Story-

Definately artwork for me. Censorship is a very close second though. But usually if it doesn't have good artwork, I just pass it up.
