Well, I was a little skeptical after the remake of shadow dragon when all they really did was improve the graphics. No offense, but the story kinda sucks. Well, that's true for most older games. Marth was too op. Seriously, on normal I could send only him, a sage, and a healer into the last level and they win. And before anyone says to play on the hard difficulty, it is not even worth anyone's time. Almost all the fire emblem games just become un-fun on hard. And they did not really add anything to make the game more enjoyable. Just my opinion though.

But I did order it. I am a hardcore fan after all. And you can get Lyndis as dlc. FUCK YEAH.

I preferred the original and Sacred Stones as well, Shadow Dragon was very easy so I will agree with you there 101%.

[color=#006FFF]I love how Nintendo is actually bringing over the special edition 3DS. I was so jealous when I saw it being released in Japan because I was certain we wouldn't get it; now that I know we are though, I'll definitely be buying that edition while my brother picks up my already pre-ordered copy so we can have a case for it, along with my sweet pre-order bonus artbook.

As someone who loves the Fire Emblem series more than any other one of Nintendo's series (and I generally love everything Nintendo has to offer) this is easily been most anticipated game for months and just knowing that I'll be playing it in a matter of weeks still gives me shivers. Hell, just knowing that I'll be playing the demo come this Thursday is enough to get me psyched. Which reminds me, since I don't see it mentioned here, there is going to be a demo released on the eshop on Thursday, January 17 as well as day one DLC (free of charge for a limited time.) Source

Just payed off my preorder for this game. I can't wait till February.

I've been waiting for this game since I heard about it. I've played the first two GBA ones that arrived in America and Path of Radiance. Loved all of them. Going to pre-order it this week to get that sweet artbook. Can't wait for it and the demo. I have a feeling the demo would make that wait more unbearable though.

Pretty excited. I don't have a source but it's said that this game will have dual audio which is pretty neat.

Purchased a 3DS XL a week or so after i heard this was coming to US in anticipation of playing it, then i saw they were bring the special editon 3ds over. FML

I almost regret buying my 3DS now just because it means I won't get that sexy bundle :C
