Left 4 Dead

It will most certainly be M.S.R.P. like every other game, at $60.00.

We won't know till November what the retail cost is. I remember on Black Friday they were selling L4D for only $30.00 at gamestop, that's when I bought my copy ^__^.

An old thread, but the L4D's newest DLC pack came out on the Sept 29th with a new map called Crash Course. What are peoples' opinions on this map?

I don't like the extra 6 versus achievements... that's a lot of work. Other than that, I liked the map, with a lot of nooks and turns and alleys. I'm about 3000 zombies away from getting the "Littlest Genocide" achievement. The Survival mode also includes the Crash Course, but it does not affect the Survival mode achievements.

And I loved reading the graffiti - mad funny.

Haven't played in so long. Didn't even spend much time when the lighthouse was put out.

You should play moar L4D. I really like the team co-op value and the gameplay chat, which makes the game so much more valuable.

Talking about Addon campaigns, there are some really good campaigns out there:
Zelda dungeon pack
Death Aboard
Escape from Toronto
Dead City
Night Terror
Helm's Deep

Just to name a few.

Tried out the new campaign for Left 4 Dead called "Crash Course" its only 2 new maps but was still pretty fun regardless. Playing on expert makes it even better but sucks at times lol like towards the end at the finale. One of my friends lowered the truck but because I was pinned into a corner by some zombies I couldn't get to the truck just yet. Then after I cleared the way rather than my friends wait for me, one of my friends just shot and killed me before I even had a chance to run for the truck. :|

Also btw the achievements seemed to be glitched or maybe only some of them are and I have no idea why.

played it ... it was surprisingly short and simple ....

Some people seem to hate exploring the map (It's huge for two chapters). There's a lot of nifty items all over the place if you search.

yeah but it sux if you run out of ammo ....

That's why you have pistols...

I found that doing the Crash Course finale on top of the bus/truck is actually a pretty good place to do the finale from, provided that you're behind the sandbags and you kill the boomer before it gets too close to the bus walls. By then, if you kill it, you'll most likely be boomed on from the resulting explosion.

Some people in our cafe plays left4dead in Godmode

i don't really find that entertaining =.=

I usually play on Advanced mode because it's fun without the buttrape of Expert. Godmode is just dumb.
