Yea, but seeing SweetTooths super robot transformation automatically skipped the other 2 since ultimate attacks were never featured until SSBB.

The game doesn't even have a release date I believe. So you can probably bet on many changes along the way. Visually, and conceptually.

Edit**: Check out the comments section on the video. Not only do most of them lack intelligence, the Nintendo-fan-boy-ism is very strong. It makes me sad some games get so much bad publicity. I mean some may be well deserved, but most of it happens when the game is released. This is pretty overkill.

It certainly is worth looking into, I'm quite interested to see which characters will be playable altogether, I'm looking to see some good old Ratchet and Clank. Going to try this out when it is possible to do so :)

I hope Xbox gets its own SSBB gets its own Smash clone. Its only fair imo

Honestly I had no opinion about this game when I heard they were making it. I didn't want to straight up call it a Smash Brothers copy but after watching the trailer a while ago I couldn't help but facepalm. THE GAME IS PRACTICALLY A STRAIGHT RIP OF SMASH BROTHERS. The only real difference is that they're going with an actual hp system it seems but from layout to stage sets it's all the same. They made the Little Big Planet stage seem like it was a fresh new idea, I couldn't help but think of brawl's wii chat level and game n watch level. All they're going to do is just take the brawl and probably add more to it, maybe.

I never thought I'd see the day...

Jeez these raging Nintendo fanbrats are making us look bad. Just because it's a clone doesn't mean its a bad thing. Remember Diddy Kong Racing; a mimic of Mario Kart or better yet the 2D Sonic Games? If anything we should just laugh and be flattered that they're mimicking us.

Anyway, I hope to see more obscure characters like Gabriel (Syphon Filter), The Hun (Jet Moto), Blasto :3, Spike (Ape Escape) etc. I'm gonna give it a shot.

I think if they dig hard enough they could find some characters. Ryu Hayabusa is one character not on your list that comes to mind

To be honest, I would be more hyped for this game if it wasn't an obvious copy of a successful franchise. They could've at least created a completely different fighting engine, but its so similar to SSB that it looks like a blatant copy.

I'll probably still get it though.

If they have any character from 'The Legend of Dragoon' I will definitely buy this game. Even if it means playing it by myself/online.

That being said I would be pissed if they added such a character as DLC, and it would would have to be a good game for me to pick it up. And from what I've seen in the video, it doesn't seem to be that way...

Yes, it look simular to SSB, and the gameplay from the video look as if they took SSB gameplay and added mature violence over SSB's cartoon violence, but their is a couple of major different to this game then from SSB. This game look like it will have a decent storyline about how the character from each game got mix together, and that most of the character are FAN suggested, from the playstation platform games.

Wow, I guess things are the same on the other side aswell. I personal take this into offense, I am a diehard nintendo fanboy as you put it. But I am also a proud owner of a psp for 4 years and a ps3 for 2 years. I don't see how you could possibly think that this game is not a blatent rip-off of smash bros. I'm not gonna explain because you're mind won't change if I go on a rant about simmilarities so I'll refrain. Having said that I will probably buy it if cloud, sephiroth, zack, or megaman zero appear but that's probably no realistic since it's capcoms game not Sony. But hey a guy can dream. Or any character from the god eater series which I am a huge fan of. And I find nintendo is very much ninten(do) : ).

Let's see if this game will be any good and later see if it's deem worthy of being called a competitive fighting game.

Its all in the matter, what came first. Lets just say that Sony made theyr game before Nintendo, well be chewing on Nintendo for ripping off Sony. A healthy competiton pushes the rivals to produce better things, so I'm happy. I have PS2, but im considering getting PS3 even more, besides this game and many others. Infamous, Uncharted.



If Zero gets there, its a definite buy for me. Both the console and the game. Slashing your saber and executing EX-skills and shooting volley of buster shots.
I hope they use Mythos Version of Zero. Thats just badass.

No I seriously would say nintendo ripped off Sony. Although I still would buy it, because I love nintendo enough to not care about it being a rip-off. Rephrase that last part for me. I didn't understand it.

A reality in that universe is a another path fo our universe. Like Sony would be in place of Nintendo and Nintendo would be in place of Sony. Thats just simplified.
