Found the problem. If anyone had the same trouble, try deleting old cookies.
OP seems to not have the issue anymore. His post seems to imply that.
Just bought Assassin's Creed Anthology for PS3.
I should be quite busy for the next few weeks since I only played the first game so far :3

Finished some days ago Otoboku - Maidens Are Falling for Me! and finally decided to stop being lazy and write about it.
If you're reading the VN with the idea of having a lot of great scenes (you should know what I mean) because the protagonist is a trap in a all-girls school during most of the playthrough then you're in for some disappointment. That kind of scenes clearly isn't what the VN is aiming at.
So let's go for what happens in the story. Following the will of his deceased grandfather, our protagonist, Mizuho, being a male goes to a all-girls school and so he finds himself dealing with a lot of situations that could give away his true identity. With the help of his childhood friend that curiously is a talented fashionista, he prepares himself to look like a girl.
Also, Mizuho is the heir of a great corporation so being caught wouldn't be pretty.
But just to help with all his, Mizuho is elected as a "Elder Sister" who is someone recognized as a idol in the school. Attention is what Mizuho had the most so he had to be pretty careful.
When reading Otoboku, you'll notice that Mizuho usally is a considerate person so his interactions with the girls was something that I liked. His personality helped a lot to make cute scenes that for the sake of enjoyment of others I won't mention. There are also some events for amusement that I enjoyed.
The story gives the impretion of being light-hearted but by playing you'll notice that it's not always like that. Some parts are well done, others give me the impression of needing more depth / development. This specially applies to the routes themselves. Some routes in my opinion needed some more work (like Mariya's for example, I just couldn't get into it).
On this topic, the route I liked the most was Takako's. I also think that she's the best heroine.
Taking also into account the designs which were nice and the soudtrack which was average I'll give a 7 out of 10. Otoboku has potential for more but it's still good as it is.

Chu X Chu Idol is the thread for the actual game itself.Since that thread is in the uploads section, using it to hold the translation project isn't adequate though the translation progress can be posted. It's better to use the Visual Novels section for that. See below.

Started translating the game today. So far, I'm being able to do so XDIs there any area on the forums where I can start a topic and post updates?
You can create a thread in the Visual Novels section and post progress.
Since you're starting the project I think that it will be better to check the TLWiki site. There are some ongoing translation projects with their own page in the site. You may also want to check this page. Since the TLWiki site has some regular visitors, if you need help or are recruiting you can post on your project page. AFAIK FAKKU unfortunately isn't very visited by those regulars so I strongly advise creating a page on TLWiki or something similar if you're really serious about translating Chu x Chu Idol.
Regarding the translation status thread, I'll also post your project when you create a project page / thread regarding the status of the translation (for example, saying that the translation has started).
Nevertheless I wish the best of luck to you. It's highly appreciated the time and effort you're putting on translating Chu x Chu Idol.

I've already installed the game (thanks to both amorim and Zandorf for the tip about the system's locale), but some errors ocurred :(The first one was that a .dll called "vorbisfile" was missing. Then I downloaded it and moved to the game's folder, reinstalling it just after.
But, another error came. This time, it said on the box: "The procedure entry point vorbis_synthesis_halfrate could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll."...
What should I do to fix this one?
Doing some research leads me to think that the vorbis.dll that you downloaded is not the correct version. Now as for a resolution it seems that after copying the vorbis file and reinstalling the game the issue is gone but besides that unfortunately I'm clueless.
Good luck

You have to set your system locale to Japanese. You do this by going into your control panel, and selecting "Clock, Language, and Region". It still didn't work :(
Here, take a look:

Your system is not on japanese locale. If it was in japanese locale you wouldn't see those weird characters and I'm pretty sure that's what the error is about.
If you're using windows 7 then:
Click Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Region and Language options
When you follow these steps you'll see a window with some tabs. Go to the "locale" tab and change to japanese and go to the "Administration" tab (or something similar, my OS isn't in english) and also select japanese. It will be required to restart your computer.
Doing this will make both your system and regional settings in japanese. Then try installing the game again.
