I need to figure out how to word it properly to avoid potential confusion, but just letting you guys know that I will make that Reclaim rule official.-The first six to claim this round and next round will get a Reclaim for the Winter game.
I dislike this rule but whatever
Any actual reason, or are you simply going to leave it at that?

I believe pessimism to be the same as realism.Hope for the best, expect the worst.
It's important not to lose all hope- otherwise, what reason is there to live?
Are you simply persisting purely for biological want?
Instinctive drive to see another day?
I consider myself to be fairly negative and a bit of a misanthrope- but even I prefer to live for other reason than to not die.
I live to

It's good to have ambitions.
Only terrible according to the namby-pamby PC crowd.
There's a whole bunch of old Disney propaganda, but I particularly like this one.

I feel the exact same way with music.
With such an immense plethora of great music spanning throughout all history- however on earth can I ever keep up with anything new?

Here's a new post:I Xillia, will claim the angelic Night Raid's Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame from Akame Ga Kill! to be my first waifu.

You need to go deeper.
Look- it doesn't matter if you're allergic to onions, that cement truck has to pass by the barbershop TODAY, or else this painting's a complete shambles.

I claim Elsa the Snow Queen from Frozen as my waifu.Spoiler:
Edited for pic and correct naming.
Still isn't right, actually.
It's only a technicality- but were it any other character, not having the full name would make them open for some NTR'ing.
Were I to make any exception whatsoever- it would be Darth Vader.
Anakin Skywalker is just some crummy fanfic character- far as I'm concerned.

Also I don't see how more waifus = less players, if that's what you're implying.
Quite the opposite, actually.
Again- there are far more waifus than players.
I was thinking that it'd be more likely that- more waifus, more likely the chance that some waifus would overlap and thus, more competition.
Lookit this way.
Say that there's a storage room full of suitcases filled with cash (a million dollars, lessay).
There's 100 suitcases.
There's 100 people.
Logically, one could assume 1 case per person, and everybody's happy.
But- what if each one of those people wanted 3 cases? Or 5? Or 12?
Which scenario is more likely to see intense competition?

That second girl isn't even tan, how would you even consider her dark skinned? Dark skin means dark. Urd and Hild from Oh My Goddess are dark skinned. That Zessica girl isn't
I tend to place them in the same boat, simply due to numbers.
Basically- "Standard" and "Anything darker than standard".
Again- the hell would a female me even look like?
Also- would both yous be aware that you are fucking you?
Would there be a shared conscious?

hmmmm..... Dark skin....... I think I need a dark skin waifu. I only have one after all. Another would be good.Urd from Oh My Goddess?
Roberta from Black Lagoon may qualify- official arts sometime show her with a tan.
Also from Black Lagoon is Jane.
Urd is the one I already have. I don't consider Roberta to be dark skinned, and Jane isn't my type personality wise
Would Bellows qualify as dark skinned?
Well- not really dark- but she's quite tan and she's got a great figure.
There's also Zessica from Aquarion.
Bellows is the red head from Gargantia right? Also I have never seen Aquarion
Aye.
Bellows

Zessica

Keeping the amount of waifus to 3 for all users would higher the tension (and hopefully the popularity). If you then remove divorces, it will make users pick a waifu with more thought into it. Except the old timer who always pick the same grill for every game. I, for one, is for waiting for the game to become more interesting. Making it competitive would boost that.
I want to make it more competitive, definitely.
But I'm not sure if reducing the number of waifus would do that.
I've expressed this concern before, but it's the situation of supply/demand.
More stuff keeps coming out all the time, while all the great old stuff still exists.
The number of potential great waifus increases exponentially quicker than the number of players.
Traffic on the site in general needs to see a great influx of users who'll actually stick around if there's any chance of them to participate in the game.
So- for the upcoming Christmas game- I'll need to figure out a highly successful advertising campaign of sorts.
Somebody brought up the idea of a Mote-Mote with the waifus, which I've strongly considered myself since last game.

Jack how about limiting the amount of waifus one can have and disabling divorcing. So that you can stay faithful. We have until next game to bounce ideas around.
I think the number of waifus is alright.
With a base of 3 for everyone, and then +1 for every 2 years or 500 posts, with a cap of 5.
Seems pretty fair. Keeping to the 5 simply because that's what we're used to. Wouldn't want to potentially alienate longtime players.
As for disabling divorces- it's an interesting idea, but I think I'll keep it.
People often make waifu choices on impulse.
You wouldn't want to get locked in on a spur-of-the-moment Vegas wedding, would ya?
