How is it hard for you to comprehend? She was not allowed two accounts, she broke that rule, we banned her, she made another account, we will ban her again. It's not rocket science. The complaint that we didnt warn her is moot as we dont owe her a warning. We will continue to ban "her" as long as we know she has accounts here on Fakku. She can and probably will keep making accounts because as you said there is no real point in following the rule now but if we do find out who her accounts are in the future they will all suffer the same fate as the others.

@circe: I don't imagine she did have malicious intent (though I would check the rep log to be sure) but that doesn't matter all that much, it's a violation and she either didnt bother to read the rules or simply didnt care about them. The only person she can appeal to is Jacob at this point as she has proven her disregard our for rules.

I know what I said red, I'm saying because Jacob takes as long as he does to fix anything(even the minor stuff) that it's not as simple as it should be. For someone who complains about stuff like this as much as you do you really should have understood my meaning, you've been here long enough.

It makes sense but I would prefer we spend our creators time on more important issues; people placing threads in the wrong section doesnt happen often enough for it to be a problem and the staff can move it just as easily when reported.

Do police officers warn you not to the first time you steal? We don't owe users a warning, it is something we have decided to give at times when we believe a user deserves one. Multiple accounts is a violation we consider most grievous and there is no real justification we accept. There are only two possible reasons this rule would have been violated and then admitted to: the user either never read the rules (ignorance not an excuse) or simply does not care about our rules. This user has just demonstrated a disregard for our site rules ensuring the moderators feel justified in their action. While I was not the mod who acted I fully support their decision to do so. Fakku is a privilege we provide for you, follow our rules or you may be banned; with or without warning.

What? That person broke a rule, was banned for it and decided to break it again. They are no longer welcome here. As long as we know someone is a user who should be banned we will continue to ban them. Do you suggest we do nothing at all simply because they know a way to circumvent our rules?

When you make threads about rep it tends to lead to a loss of rep. Ignore it or suffer more for your lack of apathy.

The source has to be released, so whatever game must be purchasable by average consumers.

The characters name and facial structure is exactly the same, not to mention they are the same character if you take a different route in a game, AS IN AN ALTERNATE VERSION OF THE SAME CHARACTER.

The debate is over as I said, every time you try to "voice your thoughts" it makes me less inclined to hear you out in the future. The answer is no, deal with it or don't play my game.
