btw just found out another way to tone bgs and its more
easier than your current one. But you need to adjust
some colors to match it. Can you OL later in MSN?

Grayscale Effect Toner & Line applications

I think I'm done with the pic, I felt very uncomfortable shading the hair, and it looks like it didn't turn out that great. I'm trying to simplify the shading a bit more, if it seems uncomplete just tell me, I'll send this to Cross if there are no changes or additions required.

IM supposed to guide you with this. BTW for the meantime dont think bout the real
toning, I mean just apply the colors then the trick will be done later. For example,
the walls will be 50% grey then the railings will be 10% grey.
Color them in same color but in different depth. Then the wall must me the same
color even if its in far view. Same with the ceiling, dont make it in different
colors, just make it consistent. Photoshop editing will do this trick easily.

just made some experiment with the tone parts. And seems like were going
to get the manga output by this style! just have to wait for MRG to finish
the toning then resend the layer to me for the real output.
lol xD well as I said, im going to leave the story so I wont
comment on the story part xP
im just thinking, I think toning will eat most of our hours, and seems
like MRG will be having a hardwork for this..
any idea about toning to make the work somehow more faster than the
current one? or any manga reference that I can study on how they
tone it. There are several toning but as long as I can see specific
manga that MRG can do with ease then this should be easy..

Just color it with black and white then its ok. The line effect will be placed
in PS, thats why I need the tone in different layer so that I can place the

Oh boy time to actually try toning and shading DX, Kaho's draft was so awesome everything was already shaded lol. I'll be editing through photoshop, then send it to you for any help. Also Cross, do you have any tips on Toning and stuff?I can give you some advice but for the meantime I want to try it first
