BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER ANIME

It has been announced a while ago that a certain Black★Rock Shooter will be getting an anime adaption labeled BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER PROJECT. The Black★Rock Shooter anime will be produced by Yamamoto's own Ordet Animation Studio. Ex-KyoAni staff members Yoshioka Shinobu (Director), Yamamoto Yutaka (Head Supervisor) ,and Matsuo Yuusuke (Character Designer) will be working in coordination with Huke and Ryo on the project.

The anime will be due some time in April next year.



It is also important to note that B★RS is not Miku nor a Vocaloid! B★RS has got its own little world separate from the Vocaloid one.

B★RS is an original character via Huke based on Vocaloid(only the twin tails I heard)Hatsune Miku. Then Ryo was inspired by the art and composed the B★RS song,

which in turn popularized B★RS.

Many fanvids,art,covers, were created and ongoing.The B★RS song is even the intro to the "7 Colors of Nico Nico"


Then there was also a figure made,and now the anime.

I've always wanted to see an anime adaption of this since when i saw the awesome wall papers. Can't wait :3

I'm looking forward to it. I'm surprised it isn't a Shaft production seeing how abstract they can be ...

Yes, I'd rather have Shaft have a go on this one, but what the heck. Let's see how the pilot-edition works out. Can't wait.

The only potential problem is the fact that the director is the same one as Haruhi.

Endless eight with BRS doesn't sound that appealing.

Do your research. He was fired from KyoAni after the first four episodes of Lucky Star. He had nothing to do with E8. If you need something to gauge his abilities, just look at Kannagi.

Wonder what the story's gonna be like...

Heard about this the other day, I can't wait for it. Especially considering who the director is.

This looks seriously badass.

So far from the YT videos i have been coming across it seems this anime will turn out to be a promising one! i can't wait to see it!

If they can keep that animation quality going the entire series, I see no reason for me not to watch, even if the story is damned terrible. Maybe.
