BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER ANIME

I'm way too lost when I watched this... do I like have to play the game first or something?

Episode 6 was great. That's all I have to contribute.

I don't know what the fuck is going on here....

No game, and no other reference material; the story is all-new/original.

There was the OVA a while back, which this is loosely based on- but many changes have been made since. And the OVA itself was based off a song.

Episode 7:

So I just watched Black Rock Shooter episode 8 and to me that looked like the end of the series for me.

What about White Rock Shooter?
What about more characters or new stories?

I admit the animation was bad ass and all, but Black Rock Shooter with only 8 episodes, come on.

Black Rock Shooter was one of the most popular OVA that came out and with the help of Hatsune Miku the Ova+Series became even more loved and popular, but with all the popularity, why 8 episodes?

There were many spaces left to fill, but I guess it's their work and not mine.

I like the series ALOT and I couldn't even take my eyes off the screen as soon as it came out, hell I even waited patiently for it's release.

The story was strange and perhaps silly .. but the fighting was amazing between evil and good BRS especially when she smashed her face.

I believe the story was a psychological series, how the girls deal with their emotions.

Don't you think BRS could have had more episodes or do you think it's fine the way it is?

So it's all over now, 8 episodes.

Guess it is over, it could have developed into a good anime series but I don't know why they didn't continue.

...... Quite rare to see a TV Series ended before passing eps 10++. I am also wondering of why they cut this short, but also unsure if I want to see another season of it... Quite a good show, at least.

Episode 8:
I like this series. I felt that this episode concluded the main theme, growing up, very well. As a result, there is little left for me to say. Better than the OVA in all aspects except the fight scenes (maybe).

Hmm this series was pretty nice. 8 episodes was maybe a little too short though. It probably should have been at least 12 or so. Overall it was enjoyable and the fight scenes were badass as well.

The fuck did I just watch, so all of Shooter's world is because of teen angst... sigh. It would have been better if they never explained it and had left it as a metaphor as to what was going on in the real world, I'm also disappointed by the lack of yuri.
