I just saw someone on Youtube figure out that one big twist in this route. Talking about people being too smart for their own good :D
Man, TSUBAME GAESHI looked glorious, and that Caladbolg shot was so cool

Spoiler:
The dialogue between Saber and Assassin was great and I felt that the additions to the show here and there have improved the route considerably. Looking good.

Hiken...Spoiler:
THAT SCENE WAS FUCKIN BEAST! JUST THE SOUNDS FROM IT WERE ENOUGH TO SEND ME INTO MULTIPLE ORGASMS!
And the exchange between Archer and Shirou was stupidly fun to watch, it was like "what could happen when two male tsunderes meet" xD
And the exchanges between Caster, Archer, and Shirou.... Somehow it's like they're a comedy trio xD
Also, the brief fight between Assassin and Archer was really fluid and beautiful to watch, even if it was only for less than 10 seconds

Dear god. The cinematography of this show is literally the best I've ever seen in anime. That 5-second skirmish between archer and Assassin was so fucking HIGH voltage. The Caladbolg, the TSUBAME GAESHI. IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.

We need a comparison of Tsubame Gaeshi with DEEN's...
I wonder what they're thinking when watching this adaption?

Deen:"0/10 no dolphins, people didn't die when they were killed."
Oh I forgot. I AM THE BONE OF MY SWORD, THOSE CHILLS WERE SO DAMN GOOD.

When I saw Tsubame Gaeshi winding up and Saber get serious when she saw it coming I got chills as she broke Invisible Air, and I literally lost my shit when I saw the blades come out like that. Literally the PERFECT rendition of that technique which has never been seen at its fullest. The sound choice and mood of the picture was absolutely perfect. The sheer speed and devastation of that technique was completely numbing to watch. I can't stop watching it now. If I heard trees falling after that attack I may just rip off my clothes and run to a shower, because it would just make me feel so dirty hearing it.

Traps = confused boner
I am thinking of waiting until the entire series is finished, since the week-to-week waiting is agonizing. Am I making a mistake? O_o

If you've already read the visual novel, and want to take part of the discussions then watching weekly seems mandatory.
But if you don't need all the discussion and hype threads you may as well just wait for it to finish so you can marathon it in one go.
Even if you haven't read the visual novel before, it's pretty much the same, though in this case just make sure to avoid spoilers like the plague (which is pretty damn hard on the internet).
Either way, keep in mind that this anime will take a break in the upcoming winter season and will resume in the spring season, so it's not gonna end until next summer.

I'm going to count all the things that would/wouldn't have happened if a meteorite fell out of the sky and splattered Shinji at the start of his life.
Shinji is the kind of person where you go to his funeral to piss and shit in the casket and receive applause from the family for doing so.
Episode reminds me of why I disliked UBW.

You might as well put a general VN spoiler in there for the anime only viewers, the way you wrote that might imply that the spoiler box was only made to organize the post instead of hiding spoilers.
Prediction for episode 9, includes VN spoilers

Alright, so checking MAL, I see that this series ends at episode 12. Are we getting a second season for UBW?

This will give ufotable ample time to polish the second half of the series while Aniplex gets the benefit of having a high profile show lasting for technically 9 months (instead of 6) for more exposure which will result in a greater number of BD sales.

Second season is confirmed to start in April, I guess they're really combing over for all the fine details of this route since I'm not sure how they'll pace the events for 2nd season.
So many nods towards Fate/Zero, but strangely enough the Heaven's Feel adaptation is listed as a continuation of Fate/Zero.
