I don't I've mentioned enough how spectacular this series is being executed. Comic relief, throwbacks for relevancy, music, some BL, and Tsundere-Faced Issei. Great episode, got more laughs than I expected to get from this series ever.

Archer stated that the idea of inheriting the role of a martyr from another individual is flawed. The redemption will be what inheritor fantasized the ancestor to receive rather than what the inheritor truly desired, thus the inheritor will suffer from countless meaningless sacrifices and struggles for a redemption that does not save the inheritor. The feeling of laying to waste thousands of lives for nothing must be soul rending.
